Թուրքիայի քրդամետ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության անդամ, մեջլիսի հայ պատգամավոր Գարո Փայլանը «Ակոս» պարբերականի նախկին գլխավոր խմբագիր Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով դատական նիստի օրն արդարության պահանջով եկել է արդարադատության պալատի առջև: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին Փայլանը գրառում է կատարել ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում:
«Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով այս շաբաթ պաշտպանություն են իրականացնելու Ջելալեթին Ջերահը, Սաբրի Ուզունը և Ահմեթ Իլհան Գյուլերը: Դատարանի դռան մոտ ենք»,- հայտնել է Փայլանը:
Նրանից բացի, արդարադատության պալատի մոտ են եկել նաև Դինքի մյուս ընկերները` ձեռքերում պահելով պաստառ «Հանուն Դինքի, հանուն արդարության» գրությամբ:
Ջելալեթին Ջերահը Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ զբաղեցրել է Ստամբուլի ոստիկանության պետի, Գյուլերը` Ստամբուլի հետախուզության բաժնի պետի, իսկ Ուզունը` Թուրքիայի անվտանգության հետախուզական վարչության պետի պաշտոնը:
Ստամբուլի «Ակոս» թերթի հայազգի խմբագրապետ Հրանտ Դինքը սպանվել է 2007 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին` խմբագրությանառջև նրա վրա կատարված զինված հարձակման արդյունքում: 2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ` Դինքիսպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը ցմահ բանտարկության դատապարտվեց, անմջական հանցագործ ՕգյունՍամասթը` 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:
2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում էր կայացրել ՀրանտԴինքի սպանության գործով դատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից: Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստանյալներին պետք է առաջադրվեր«հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծման և կառավարման կամ դրանում մասնակցությո ւն ունենալու» մեղադրանք: Բացի այդ,որոշումներ էին ընդունվել Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած 9 անձանց, այդ թվում` Ստամբուլինախկին ոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահի նկատմամբ դատական գործեր հարուցելու կապակցությամբ:
