Իբուպրոֆենը 83%-ով կարող է բարձրացնել սրտի հիվանդությամբ հիվանդանալու վտանգը, հայտնում է Daily Mirror-ը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Past.am-ը, հետազոտությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ այս շարքի ցավազրկողները, որոնք հայտնի են որպես ոչ ստերոիդային հակաբորբոքային դեղեր, պարունակում են իբուպրոֆեն, սրտի հիվանդությամբ հիվանդանալու վտանգը մեծացնում են 20%-ով:
Այս շարքի դեղորայքը սովորաբար մեղմացնում է հոդաբորբը և մեջքի ցավը: Այն, ցավը մեղմացնելու հետ մեկտեղ, նվազեցնում է նաև բորբոքումը:
Ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ այս շարքի դեղորայքի օգտագործումից առաջացած սրտի հիվանդության վտանգը հիմնականում կախված է այն բանից, թե որքան դեղաբաժին է ընդունվում:
Գոյություն ունեն նաև նույն շարքին պատկանող դեղեր (օր՝. Կետոպրոֆեն, Սելիքոքսիբ), որոնք սովորական չափաբաժնով ընդունելու դեպքում սրտի համար վտանգ չեն ներկայացնում:
Վերջին ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ այս շարքի դեղորայքի օգտագործումը մեծացնում է սրտի հիվանդությամբ հիվանդանալու վտանգը: Ցավոք, մարդկանց մեծ մասի համար դա շատ չնչին գործոն է համարվում:
