ԱԺ 7-րդ նստաշրջանի ամենաակտիվ պատգամավորը Հեղինե Բիշարյանն է, ամենաշատը բացակայել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը

Ազգային ժողովի 7-րդ նստաշրջանի ընթացքում ամենաակտիվ պատգամավորը ՕԵԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Հեղինե Բիշարյանն է, ով ամենաշատն է հարցեր հնչեցրել և հանդես եկել ելույթներով: Այս մասին սեպտեմբերի 10-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը հայտնեց «ԱԺ մոնիտորինգ» ծրագրի ղեկավար Լուսինե Վասիլյանը: «Նախորդ նստաշրջանների ընթացքում ամենաակտիվ պատգամավորը միշտ եղել է Արծվիկ Մինասյանը, սակայն այս տարի նա զիջել է դիրքերը ՕԵԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Հեղինե Բիշարյանին: Սակայն պետք է նաև նշեմ, որ գումարման կտրվածքով Արծվիկ Մինասյանը շարունակում է մնալ առաջատարն ակտիվության առումով»,- ընդգծեց Վասիլյանը:
Ազգային ժողովի նիստերից ամենաշատը բացակայած պատգամավորը կրկին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն է, ով 7-րդ նստաշրջանի ընթացքում չի մասնակցել որևէ նիստի: Ամենաշատը դեմ է քվեարկել ԱԺ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ձեռնպահ՝ ՀՅԴ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աղվան Վարդանյանը, կողմ՝ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մնացական Մնացականյանը:
ԱԺ 7-րդ նստաշրջանի ընթացքում ամենաշատը կողմ քվեարկել է ՀՀԿ խմբակցությունը, ձեռնպահ՝ ՀՅԴ-ն, դեմ՝ ՀԱԿ-ը: Ավարտված նստաշրջանի ընթացքում էականորեն ավելացել է ԱԺ ՕԵԿ խմբակցության ակտիվությունը: ՕԵԿ խմբակցության 5 պատգամավորները միասին ԱԺ 7-րդ նստաշրջանի ընթացքում հնչեցրել են 200-ից ավել հարց ու ելույթ: Համեմատության համար Լուսինե Վասիլյանը ներկայացրեց ՕԵԿ-ի ակտիվութան ցուցանիշը, երբ նրանք կոալիցիայի անդամ էին: Օրինակ՝ 3-րդ նստաշրջանի ընթացքում, երբ ՕԵԿ-ը կոալիցիայի կազմում էր, խմբակցության 5 պատգամավորները միասին ընդամենը 20 ելույթ են ունեցե լ:
Լուսինե Վասիլյանը նաև հայտնեց, որ 7-րդ նստաշրջանում խորհրդարանն ավելի շատ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություններ ընդունել է արտահերթ, քան հրեթական նստաշրջանների ընթացքում. ընդունված 112 օրենքներից 61-ը ընդունվել է արտահերթ նիստերի ընթացքում: «Ընդհանուր առմամբ գումարվել է 7 արտահերթ նիստ, որոնց բոլորի նախաձեռնողը եղել է կառավարությունը: Նախորդ նստաշրջանների ընթացքում մենք ունեցել ենք դեպքեր, երբ պատգամավորները ևս արտահերթ նիստեր են նախաձեռնել: Կառավարությունը արտահերթ նիստերի ընթացքում լրջագույն օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ է կատարել: Օ րինակ՝ արտահերթ նիստի ընթացքում է որոշվել փոփոխություն կատարել «Պետական պարտքի մասին» օրենքում, փոփոխություններ են կատարվել աշխատանքային օրենսգրքում, վավերացվել է 6 վարկային համաձայնագիր, որոնց ընդհանուր գումարը գերազանցել է 600 միլիոնը»,- ընդգծեց Վասիլյանը:
ԱԺ էթիկայի ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողովը 7-րդ նստաշրջանի ընթացքում աննախադեպ պարապուրդի ցուցանիշ է արձանագրել: Հանձնաժողովը որևէ դիմում չի ստացել, որևէ նիստ չի անցկացրել:
