ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում շարունակվում են կատարվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական միջոցառումները՝ Գորիսի «Սդղի գյոլ» կոչվող տարածքում մայիսի 2-ին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի, Զաքարյան եղբայրներին մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառելու հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի և օբյեկտիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։
Հարություն և Մուշեղ Զաքարյանների նկատմամբ քրեական գործով նշանակված դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունների եզրակացությունների համաձայն՝ կիրառված բռնի գործողությունների հետևանքով Հարություն Զաքարյանին պատճառվել է ծանր, իսկ եղբորը՝ Մուշեղ Զաքարյանին, միջին ծանրության մարմնական վնաս։
Հաշվի առնելով հանրության հետաքրքրությունը՝ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում իրականացված նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է Մուշեղ Զաքարյանի նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական բռնություն գործադրած անձանց ինքնությունը։
ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 113-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով նախատեսված արարք, այն է՝ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից Մ. Զաքարյանին միջին ծանրության մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու կասկածանքով հունիսի 9-ին ձերբակալվել է երկու անձ։
Ձեռնարկվում են քննչական գործողություններ՝ տեղի ունեցած միջադեպին ներկա բոլոր անձանց գործողությունները, մասնակցության աստիճանը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։ Քննության արդյունքներով կայացված դատավարական որոշումների մասին կտրվի լրացուցիչ տեղեկություններ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այդ ծեծկռտուքի գործով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն ավելի վաղ որոշում էր կայացրել Սյունիքի մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի որդուն՝ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանին հարկադիր բերման ենթարկելու մասին, ով ավելի ուշ ներկայացել էր ոստիկանություն։
