Հայաստանյան լրատվական և սոցցանցային տիրույթներում բավական մեծ աղմուկ է բարձրացրել Առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանի այն հայտարարությունը, թե չի զբաղվելու մեկ-երկու ծննդկանների մահվան գործերով և դրանցով զբաղվում են դատական մարմինները։ Անշուշտ, երբ հարցը վերաբերում է մարդկային կյանքերին, նախարարի արտահայությունը չափազանց կոպիտ է հնչում, ինչը հարիր չէ ոչ միայն պետական պաշտոնյային, այլև ընդհանրապես չի տեղավորվում հրապարակային խոսքի գրված ու չգրված կանոնների մեջ։ Սակայն, մյուս կողմից, հերթական անգամ հայաստանյան լրատվամիջոցներից շատերը նախարարի այս արտահայտությունը վերածել են լրատվական խառիճաղանջ մանիպուլյացիաների և լրատվությունը վերածել երբեմն հիստերիայի հասնող մեղադրանքների, իսկ սոցցանցային տիրույթում՝ նույնիսկ հայհոյանքների։
 
Բայց այս ամենով հանդերձ, կրկին շեշտելով նախարարի արտահայտության անթուլյատրելիությունը, հարկ է նաև երևույթը քննարկել բովանդակային տեսանկյունից։ Արդյո՞ք Առողջապահության նախարարը կարող է «ոտքի վրա» անդրադառնալ մահվան ելքով այդ ողբերգական միջադեպերին, այն պայմաններում, երբ ընթանում է գործերի քննություն, արդյո՞ք նախարարն իրավասու է անդրադառնալ այս դեպքերին ներկա փուլում։ Կարծում եմ՝ ոչ, կարծում եմ նաև, որ երբ գերատեսչության ղեկավարը նշում է, որ իր խնդիրը համակարգն է, այլ ոչ թե մասնավոր դեպքերը, դրանով նաև որոշակի պատասխանում է մասնավոր դեպքերին վերաբերող հարցերին, քանի որ ցանկացած մասնավոր դեպք ծնվում է համակարգի բնույթից։ Եթե համակարգը դրված է այնպիսի սկզբունքների վրա, որոնց դեպքում պատահական մարդիկ չեն հայտնվում այդ համակարգում և չեն խաղում մարդկային կյանքի հետ, ապա այս դեպքում հասկանալի է՝ նվազագույնի են հասնում նաև այն դեպքերը, որոնց մասին հարցնում են Ալթունյանին։
 
Կհաջողի՞ Լևոն Ալթունյանը հենց նման փոփոխություն ամբողջական առողջապահական համակարգում կատարելու գործում, թե՞ ոչ, դեռ վաղ է դատել, չնայած մեծ հույսեր ունենալ պետք չէ, քանի որ տարիներով արմատացած ավանդույթները մի քանի շաբաթում կամ ամսում չեն վերանում։ Մյուս կողմից՝ Լևոն Ալթունյանի՝ որպես նախարարի, իրավունքն է փորձել հենց այդ համակարգային խնդիրները լուծել. այս հարցում դեռևս ոչինչն չարած, նրան մեղադրել, կարծում եմ՝ նույնպես ճիշտ չէ։
 
Ցավոք, մեր իրականության մեջ լրատվությունը, լրագրողական քննադատությունը և լրագրողական վերլուծությունը հանգել է մեկ արտահայտության՝ լուրերի ու քննադատության։ Այստեղ, իհարկե, կա նաև պետական պաշտոնյանների մեղքի բաժինը, քանի որ նրանց խոսքը հրապարակային է և պետք է լինի առավելագույնս չեզոք և հավասարակշռված։ Սակայն դա չի նշանակում, որ լրատվական դաշտը պետք է միայն սևեռված լինի այս կամ այն պաշտոնյայի այս կամ այն արտահայտության վրա, ինչին մենք հիմնականում ներկայումս ականատես ենք լինում։
