Ոչ թե շուռ տալ, այլ մնալ ուղու վրա

Վարչապետին աշխարհը շուռ տալու ծրագիր է անհրաժեշտ, Արքիմեդը ժամանակին հենման կետ էր ուզում աշխարհը շուռ տալու համար։ Շատ շատերն էլ յուրովի, որևէ մեկից որևէ բան չուզելով, բազմիցս շուռ են տվել աշխարհը՝ երաժշտության, գրականության, կերպարվեստի ու, ինչու չէ, նաև քաղաքականության մեջ։ Շուռ են տվել հեղափոխություններով, նորարարությամբ, հայտնագործություններով և այլն։ Այսօր աշխարհը շուռ տալու կարիք չունի, այն արդեն շուռ եկած է՝ Աֆրիկայում՝ սով և քաղաքացիական անվերջ պատերազմներ, Մերձավոր Արևելքում նույնը՝ գումարած «Իսլամական պետություն» ու ահաբեկչություն։ Թմրանյութեր, թրաֆիքինգ, ՄԻԱՎ-ՁԻԱՎ և բազմաթիվ այլ չարիքներ, որոնց նկատմամբ փոքր-ինչ զգայական ընկալման դեպքում տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ աշխարհը կործանվում է կամ եկել է աշխարհի վերջը։
Այս բոլոր առումներով Հայաստանը կարող է աստվածաշնչյան դրախտ դառնալ։ Սա էմոցիոնալ ձևակերպմամբ։ Առավել իրատեսական ու առանց զգացմունքների՝ Հայաստանում ոչինչ պետք է չէ շուռ տալ։Որքան էլ հաճախ դժգոհենք, քննադատենք ու հայտարարենք, թե սա ապրելու երկիր չէ, միևնույնն է, Հայաստանը բավական ամուր հիմքերի վրա կանգնած պետականության ներուժ ունի։ Կասկածելի է թվում, սակայն իրականում դա այդպես է, պարզապես պետք է հստակ, անշահախնդիր ու ամենակարևորը՝ սկզբունքային մոտեցում ցանկացած խնդրի լուծման համար։
Սա, ի դեպ, չի նշանակում, որ այս ամենի առկայությամբ մենք մի քանի ամսից կսկսենք ավելի լավ ապրել։ Բոլորովին էլ ոչ, ցանկացած կառավարության ցանկացած գործունեության ազդեցությունը քաղաքացիների կյանքի որակի վրա կարող է երևալ միայն տարիների ընթացքում։ Մյուս կողմից՝ որևէ խանգարող բան չկա, որպեսզի երկրում փոխվի ընդհանուր մթնոլորտը։ Սրա համար ոչինչ շուռ տալ պետք չէ, ավելի ճիշտ, պետք է շուռ տալ ընդամենը անհատների, որոնց թիվն առավելագույնը մի քանի տասնյակ է։ Այդ անհատներին գիտենք բոլորս, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ կառավարությունը, այդ անհատների հարուցած խնդրների մասին՝ նույնպես։ Կարո՞ղ է վարչապետը շուռ տալ այն, ինչը չի հաջողվել կամ ինչը չեն ցանկացել իր նախորդները, ցույց կտա ժամանակը, իսկ մինչ այդ պետք է գործել, ինչպես արդեն նշեցինք, սկզբունքորեն ու անշահախնդիր, և այս դեպքում արդեն ամեն ինչ շուռ տալու անհրաժեշտությունը պարզապես կվերանա։
