Բագրատաշենի անցակետում ներդրվելիք նոր համակարգը միավորելու է մաքսային ու սահմանային ծառայությունները

Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության համագործակցության բաժնի ղեկավար Հոա-Բին Աջեմյանի կարծիքով՝ Բագրատաշենի անցակետի արդիականացմանն, ինչպես նաեւ Վրաստանի եւ Հայաստանի ճանապարհների կառուցմանն ուղղված ԵՄ ներդրումը համագործակցություն է եվրոպացի եւ հայ քաղաքացիների միջեւ:
«Մենք ոչ միայն ֆինանսավորում ենք ծրագիրը, այլեւ աշխատում ենք ապագայում կառուցվող բարեկամության կամրջի ուղղությամբ: Երկու կողմերից էլ՝ Վրաստանից եւ Հայաստանից ֆինանսավորելու ենք ոչ միայն անցակետերը, այլեւ ճանապարհների կառուցումը: Ենթակառուցվածքերը չեն աշխատի, եթե չզուգակցվեն լավ ընթացակարգով, ուսուցանված աշխատակիցներով, ճիշտ մեթոդաբանությամբ: Մենք բերում ենք այստեղ եվրոպական լավագույն փորձը, որպեսզի ապահովենք առեւտրի լավ հոսք եւ մարդկանց շարժունակություն»,-«Արմենպրես» -ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Հոա-Բին Աջեմյանը՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ այժմ աշխատում են մեկ այլ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ենթակառուցվածքի վրա, որին հատկացված է 20 մլն եվրո:
«Այդ ծրագիրը նախատեսված է ապահովելու Հայաստանում օգտագործվող բոլոր տվյալների շտեմարանի փոխկապակցվածությունը: Դա կնշանակի, որ այստեղ՝ անցակետում, կգործի ինտեգրված համակարգ, որը կներառի ինչպես մաքսային, այնպես էլ սահմանային ծառայությունները»,-եզրափակեց Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության համագործակցության բաժնի ղեկավարը:
«ՀՀ պետական սահմանի «Բագրատաշեն», «Բավրա», «Գոգավան» անցման կետերի արդիականացում» ծրագրին, որի շրջանակում նոյեմբերի 4-ին շահագործման հանձնվեցին Բագրատաշենի եւ Գոգավանի անցակետերը, հատկացվել է 52.13 մլն եվրո, որից 30.85 մլն եվրոն՝ վարկ Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկից, 12 մլն եվրոն՝ դրամաշնորհ ԵՄ հարեւանության ներդրումային գործիքից, 3.84 մլն եվրոն՝ դրամաշնորհ ԵՄ արեւելյան գործընկերության սահմանների համալիր կառավարման առաջատար նախաձեռնության ծրագրից, 1 մլն եվրոն՝ դրամաշնորհ ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ծրագրի կողմից, 4.44 մլն եվրոն՝ վարկառուի՝ ՀՀ կառավարության սեփական միջոցներից:
