«Հայոց աշխարհ». ՀԱՊԿ-ի պահվածքը մտահոգում է Հայաստանին

«Վերջին օրերին մեր երկրի ղեկավարության և հասարակայնության մտահոգության առարկան են դարձել ոչ միայն Տավուշի մարզի սահմանին հակառակորդի ձեռնարկած ագրեսիվ քայլերը, այլ նաև դրանց հանդեպ Հայաստանի անվտանգության ապահովման հարցում հստակ պարտավորություններ ունեցող Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության որդեգրած կրավորական կեցվածքը։
Այս հարցը ոչ միայն փակ ռեժիմով քննարկվել է սեպտեմբերի 7-ին Մոսկվայում տեղի ունեցած Ռուսաստանի ու Հայաստանի նախագահների բանակցությունների ժամանակ, այլև հանդիպման հրապարակային մասում առիթ է տվել մեր երկրի ղեկավարին հայտարարություն անել այս մտահոգիչ հիմնախնդիրը ՀԱՊԿ առաջիկա գագաթաժողովի օրակարգ տեղափոխելու մասին։
Հենց սկզբից ճշտենք. հարցն ամենևին էլ նրանում չէ, որ, ի պատասխան Տավուշի մարզի խաղաղ բնակավայրերի հրետակոծման, Հայաստանն ակնկալում է ՀԱՊԿ-ի ուղղակի ռազմական միջամտությունը։ Նման ցանկություն չկա և չի էլ կարող լինել, քանի որ մեր երկիրը հերթական անգամ կարողացավ սեփական ուժերով հակահարված տալ հակառակորդին։
Ավելին՝ սեպտեմբերի առաջին օրերին մեծացնելով գնդակոծությունների ինտենսիվությունը՝ Ադրբեջանը սեպտեմբերի 7-ին տեղի ունեցած նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի մոսկովյան այցի հետ կապված սկսեց իրեն ավելի «խելոք պահել»։
Բայց սրանով մեր երկրի համար հարցի հրատապությունն ու սկզբունքային բնույթը չվերացավ։ Ի վերջո Հայաստանը ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինք է կնքել Ռուսաստանի հետ և միաժամանակ դարձել է նաև նրա գլխավորությամբ ձևավորված ՀԱՊԿ-ի հիմնադիր անդամներից մեկը նախևառաջ ռազմաքաղաքական անվտանգության հստակ երաշխիքներ ստանալու ակնկալիքով։
