«Ոչ թալանին» նախաձեռնության պահանջները միայն վարչապետին և նախագահին են ուղղված

Այս տարվա մայիսի 8-ին «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունը դիմեց Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովին՝ առաջարկելով էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը բնակչության համար բարձրացնել 17 դրամով: Այսօր՝ հունիսի 9–ին, հայտնի դարձավ, որ ՀԾԿՀ-ն առաջարկում է էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը բնակչության համար թանկացնել 6.93 դրամով:
Ըստ որոշման նախագծի՝առաջարկվում է ցերեկային սակագինը գործող 41.85 դրամ/ կՎտժ-ից դարձնել 48.78 դրամ/ կՎտժ, գիշերայինը` 31.85 դրամ/կՎտժ-ից` 38.78 դրամ/կՎտժ:Որոշման նախագծի ամբողջական տարբերականին կարող եք ծանոթանալ ՀԾԿՀ-ի կայքից http://psrc.am/images/News/haytararutyun/17.06.15/4.1.pdf
Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում։ «Ոչ թալանին» նախաձեռնության անդամ Վաղինակ Շուշանյանը հետևյալ կերպ մեկնաբանեց նախագիծը. «Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովին և իր նախագահին մենք այս պահին ոչինչ չունենք ասելու,որովհետև մեր հստակ պահանջները ուղղված են երկու անձնավորության՝ երկրի նախագահի պաշտոնում նստած անձին և երկրի վարչապետի պաշտոնում նստած անձին: Թող փորձվեն մինչև ամսի 19-ը չկատարել մեր նշված պահանջները: Այդ ժամանակ մենք ցույց կտանք՝ ինչի ենք ունակ»:
Past.am-ի հարցին՝ արդյո՞ք նախագահին կամ վարչապետին պահանջ ուղղելուց առաջ չեն մտահոգվում, որ կարող է լինել դեմագոգ պատասխան առ այն, որ առաջին դեմքերը իրավունք չունեն միջամտել անկախ հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքներին, Վաղինակ Շուշանյանը պատասխանեց.
«Դրա դեմ կա պարզ ու հստակ պատասխան. եթե իրենք չեն որոշում, ապա ինչո՞ւ վարչապետը ՀԾԿՀ-ի նիստից 15 օր առաջ հայտարարեց, որ 7 դրամով թանկանալու է հոսանքը: Սա քաղաքական որոշում է, որը մենք ընդունելու տարբերակ չունենք: Թող իրենք մտածեն, որ իրենց կողմից առաջ քաշված հիմնավորումները ամենևին մեզ չեն հետաքրքրում, և մենք վճռական մեր պայքարին տեր ենք կանգնելու»:
