Տարեսկզբից Միջերկրական ծովով Եվրոպա են ժամանել ավելի քան 335 հազար միգրանտներ

Ընթացիկ տարվա սկզբից Միջերկրական ծովով Եվրոպայի երկրներ ժամանած միգրանտների ու փախստականների թիվը գերազանցել Է 335 հազարը: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ ավելի քան չորս հազար մարդ զոհվել կամ անհետ կորել Է ճանապարհին: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նոյեմբերի 4-ին հայտնել Է Միգրացիայի միջազգային կա զմակերպությունը (ՄՄԿ):
Նոյեմբերի 4-ին Ժնեւում հրապարակված լրատվական տեղեկագրում նշվում Է, որ նոյեմբերի 2-ի դրությամբ Եվրոպա Է ժամանել 335 հազար 31 մարդ: Գաղթականների հիմնական հոսքն ընդունել են Հունաստանը (շուրջ 170 հազար մարդ) եւ Իտալիան (ավելի քան 158 հազար մարդ):
Այս տարի ժամանողների թիվն Էականորեն պակաս Է, քան անցյալ տարի: 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ եվրոպական երկրներում կային 729 հազար միգրանտներ ու փախստականներ:
Ընթացիկ տարվա սկզբից 4 հազար 220 մարդ Է զոհվել կամ անհետ կորել ծովում: Առավել վտանգավորն այժմ Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայից Իտալիա ձգվող երթուղին Է, որը 3 հազար 743 մարդկային կյանք Է խլել: Թուրքիայից Հունաստան ճանապարհին տարեսկզբից զոհվել Է 415 մարդ:
«Այս տարի, ըստ գնահատումների, 725-ով ավելի միգրանտներ եւ փախստականներ են զոհվել, քան 2015 թվականի համապատասխան ժամանակաշրջանում»,-Ժնեւում կայացած ճեպազրույցում հայտարարել Է ՄՄԿ-ի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Իտայի Վիրիրին: Նա պարզաբանել Է, որ այս վիճակագրությունում ներառված Է 240 մարդ, որոնք զոհված են համարվում այն երկու նավաբեկություններից հետո, որոնք նոյեմբերի 2-ին տեղի են ունեցել Միջերկրական ծովում՝ Լիբիայի եւ Իտալիայի միջեւ, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
