Մոլորակի բնակչության մոտ 20%-ը խոսում է քնած ժամանակ և մի խումբ գիտնականները, որոշել են ուսումնասիրել այս երևույթ՝ պարզելու համար, թե ինչու է դա տեղի ունենում, հաղորդում է med2.ru կայքը:
Մասնագետների պնդմամբ՝ մեծ մասամբ քնած ժամանակ խոսում են երեխաները: Այս փաստը պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ օրվա ընթացքում նրանք բազում անմոռանալի էմոցիաներ են ստանում, որոնք վերարտադրում են գիշերը, իսկ գերգրգռված գլխուղեղն ակտիվացնում է խոսքի կենտրոնները:
Հասուն տարիքի մարդկանց մոտ շատ ավելի հազվադեպ է նկատվում այս երևույթը և մասնագետներն առանձնացրել են քնի ընթացքում խոսակցությունների երկու տեսակ:
Երբեմն կարելի է լսել ինչպես հասկանալի խոսք, որը հատուկ է ոչ խորը քնին, այնպես է անհասկանալի խոսք, որն ի հայտ է գալիս, երբ մարդն արդեն խորը քնած է լինում:
Մասնագետների խոսքով՝ ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ քնած ժամանակ խոսելն անվնաս երևույթ է, որն առողջության համար վտանգ չի ներկայացնում և որպես կանոն ցույց է տալիս մարդու էմոցիոնալ լինելը:
Սակայն հարկ է նշել, որ երբեմն նման երևույթը կարող է մատնանշել որոշ խնդիրներ, մասնավորապես՝ էպիլեպսիայի զրագացման վտանգը:
