Գիտնականները կանխագուշակել են երեք միլիոն երեխաների մահը հաջորդ տարի

Ամբողջ աշխարհում մինչև 5 տարեկան երեք միլիոն երեխա կմահանա հաջորդ տարի ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդություններից։ Այդ մասին հաղորդվում է Հիգիենայի համաշխարհային խորհրդի (The Global Hygiene Council) զեկույցում: 

Ինչպես գրում է Lenta.ru–ն, հղում անելով EurekAlert! պարբերականին, առաջարկվում են նաև մահացության նվազեցման քայլեր։

Փորձագետները եկել են եզրակացության, որ տարեկան մեկ միլիոն երեխա է մահանում թոքաբորբից, իսկ 400 հազար` փորլուծությունից։ Միաժամանակ, աշխարհում ընտանիքների կեսից ավելին չի պահպանում հիգիենայի կանոննները, որոնց համաձայն, խորհուրդ չի տրվում տանն ախտահանում իրականացնել հարբուխի և գրիպի սեզոնում։ Բացի այդ, մասնավոր տներն աղիքային վարակների աղբյուր են 31 տոկոս դեպքերում։ 

Մասնագետների խոսքով, հենց հիգիենայի բացակայությունն է վարակներից մանկական բարձր մահացության հիմնական պատճառը։ Միաժամանակ, օճառով ձեռքերը լվանալը նվազեցնում է փորլուծությունից մահվան դեպքերը 50 տոկսով։ 

Զեկույցի հեղինակները պնդում են, որ մաքրության պահպանումը տանը թույլ է տալիս զգալիորեն նվացեզնել փորլուծությամբ, գաստրոէնտերիտով, հարբուխով և գրիպով հիվանդացությունը։ Փորձագետներն առաջարկում են նաև հնարավորինս հազվադեպ հակաբիոտիկներ նշանակել երեխաներին ռեզիստենտ (հակաբիոտիկների ազդեցության նկատմամբ կայուն) մանրէների առաջացման վտանգի պատճառով։ 

Հիգիենայի համաշխարհային խորհուրդը հիմնվել է 1972 թվականին բժշկական տեղեկատվության տարածման, ինչպես նաև առողջապահության համակարգերի բարելավման ծրագրերի առաջախաղացման համար։ Խորհրդում ընդգրկված են մի քանի հարյուր հասարակական կազմակերպություններ ողջ աշխարհից։
