Նարեկ Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Պետական կառավարման համակարգում բարեփոխումների մասին հայտարարությունները կլինեին ոչինչ, եթե դրանց չհաջորդեին կոնկրետ գործողություններ: Մի քանի շաբաթ առաջ գործադիր մարմինը հայտարարել էր, որ սկսում է պետական կառավարման մարմինների «մաքրման աշխատանքներ»: Մասնավորպես՝ խոսքը գնում է ոչ արդյունավետ աշխատող պետական կառույցների կրճատման մասին: Ինչպես հիշում ենք, այդ շրջանում փակվեցին մի շարք ԾԻԳ-եր և ՊՈԱԿ-ներ:
Թվում էր, թե գործադիրն այդքանով ավարտել է սկսած աշխատանքները, սակայն այսօրվա նիստում կրկին անդրադարձ է եղել ԾԻԳ-երի և ՊՈԱԿ-ների թեմային: Կառավարության որոշման համաձայն դադարեցվել են Արտակարգ իրավիճակների, Մշակույթի, Սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի, ինչպես նաև էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարությունների ենթակայության տակ գտնվող թվով 4 ԾԻԳ-երի աշխատանքները: Ընդհանուր տնտեսման չափը կազմում է 270 մլն դրամ:
Գործադիր մարմինը կարծես անցել է էկոնոմ ռեժիմին: Պատահական չէ, որ օպտիմալացման առաջին ալիքն ուղված էր պետական գնումների ոլորտին և ԾԻԳ-երին: Այստեղ առկա են կոռուպցիոն մեծ ռիսկեր, ինչի մասին մշտապես ահազանգեր ու քննարկումներ են եղել նաև մամուլում:
Ճիշտ է կարծիքներ կարող են հնչել, թե դրանք փակելով, պետությունը կրճատում է աշխատատեղեր: Հանուն արդարության պետք է նշել, եթե այս կամ այն պետական ենթակառուցվածքի օգտակար գործողության գործակիցը հավասար է զրոյի, բայց բյուջեից ստանում է գումար, ապա պետք չէ դա պահել զուտ աշխատատեղերի կրճատումից խուսափելու համար: Նման երևույթները քաղցկեղի նման կարող են քայքայից ազդեցություն ունենալ ամբողջ պետական կառավարման համակարգի համար:
Արդյունքների մասին վաղ է խոսել, սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ պետությունը գնում է նախկինում հայտարարած պլանների իրականացման:
