Վանաձոր-Բագրատաշեն ճանապարհը ժամանակակից տեսք կստանա

Այս օրերին շատ է խոսվում հայկական արտադրանքի արտահանումը խրախուսելու և հարևան երկրների՝ մասնավորապես Իրանի և Վրաստանի հետ առևտրային հարաբերություններին զարկ տալու մասին: Այս նպատակներին հասնելու համար պետք է հաշվի առնել մի շարք կարևոր հանագամանք, այն է՝ զարգացնել այն ենթակառուցվածքները որոնք ոչ միայն բարենպաստ ազդեցություն կունենան արտահանման գործընթացի վրա, այլև կմեծացնեն Հայաստանի տարածաշրջանային նշանակությունը՝ որպես տարանցիկ երկիր: Խոսքը մասնավորապես վերաբերում է ժամանակակից ճանապարհային ուղիների ստեղծմանը, որոնք հնարավորություն կընձեռնեն անխափան ելումուտ ապահովել դեպի Հայաստան:
Արտաքին աշխարհի հետ կապող և մեր երկրի համար ստրատեգիական նշանակություն ունեցող ճանապարհներից է Վանաձոր-Բագրատաշեն ճանապարհը (Մ6), որը բարեկարգելու խնդիրը հրատապ է, քանի որ երկրից դուրս բեռներ տեղափոխող բեռնատարների զգալի մասը անցնում է հենց այս ճանապարհով: Բարեկարգումը իրականացնելու համար էլ ՀՀ-ի և Ասիական զարգացման բանկի միջև նախատեսվում է ստորագրել «Հայաստան-Վրաստան սահմանային տարածաշրջանային ճանապարհի (Մ6 Վանաձոր-Բագրատաշեն) բարելավման ծրագիրը»: Ծրագրով նախատեսվում է 50 մլն դոլարին համարժեք եվրոյի չափով գումարի տրամադրում՝ մոտ 51.5 կմ ընդհանուր երկարությամբ Հայաստանի հյուսիսում՝ Վանաձորից Ալավերդիով դեպի Վրաստանի սահման՝ Բագրատաշեն, գնացող երկշարք Մ6 մայրուղին վերակառուցելու և բարելավելու համար:
Ծրագրի իրականացումը թույլ կտա կանխարգելել ճանապարհային ցանցի արագ վատթարացումը և ապահովել անվտանգ, արագ ու հեշտ փոխադրումներ: Սրա հետ մեկտեղ չպետք է մոռանալ նաև ծրագրի իրականացման սոցիալական կողմը՝ այն կօգնի բարելավել սոցիալական ծառայությունների, գյուղատնտեսության, տուրիզմի և զբաղվածության հասանելիությունը՝ նպատակ ունենալով նվազեցնել տնտեսական և սոցիալական տարածաշրջանային անհամապատասխանությունները:
ՀԳ. Պետք է ի նկատի ունենալ, որ ժամանակակից, բարեկարգ և արագընթաց ճանապարհներ ունենալը հանգեցնում է նաև այդ ճանապարհների շրջակա համայնքների զարգացմանը:
