Ահաբեկչական «Իսլամական պետություն» խմբավորման ղեկավար Աբու Բաքր ալ-Բաղդադին կոչ է արել իր հետևորդներին գրավել Թուրքիան: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Reuters գործակալությունը:
ԻՊ կողմնակիցները նոյեմբերի 3-ին տարածել են 31 րոպե տևողությամբ ձայնագրություն, որի իսկությունը ճշտել հնարավոր չի եղել: Ձայնագրությունն իրաքյան կառավարական ուժերի կողմից Մոսուլի ազատագրման գործողությունները սկսելուց հետո համարվում է Բաղդադիի առաջին ուղերձը:
«Իսլամական պետություն» խմբավորման առաջնորդը կոչ է արել ԻՊ զինյալներին «իրենց զայրույթի կրակը բացել» թուրքական զորքերի նկատմամբ` պայքարելով նրանց դեմ Սիրիայում և այդ կռիվը տեղափոխել հենց Թուրքիա: «Այսօր Թուրքիան մուտք է գործել ձեր գործողությունների և ձեր ջիհադի նպատակի շրջանակ… գրավեք այն և նրա անվտանգությունը վերածեք վախի»,- ասվում է Բաղդադին ձայնագրության մեջ:
Բաղադադին համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ Մոսուլի համար պայքարում հաղթանակն իրենցն է: Ուղերձում ԻՊ առաջնորդը դիմել է մահապարտներին` կոչ անելով «անհավատների գիշերները դարձնել ցերեկ, նրանց երկրում առաջացնել քաոս և նրանց արյունը հոսեցնել գետի պես»:
Իրաքի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր հրամանատար, վարչապետ Հեյդար ալ-Իբադին հոկտեմբերի 17-ին հայտարարել է երկրիամենախոշոր երկրորդ քաղաքը` Մոսուլը «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորումից ազատագրելուխոշորամասշտաբ ցամաքային գործողություն սկսելու մասին: Sky News Arabia հեռուստաալիքի տվյալներով` ցամաքայինգործողություններին մասնակցում է ավելի քան 60 հազար մարդ:
Մոսուլում, որը գրեթե առանց դիմադրության 2014 թվականի հունիսին տրվել է ԻՊ ծայրահեղականներին, ներկայում գտնվում է շուրջ 1,3 մլն մարդ: Նրանց որպես գերի պահում են «Իսլամականպետություն» խմբավորման ավելի քան 6 հազար զինյալներ: ԻՊ ծայրահեղականները քաղաքը համարում են Իրաքում իրենց մայրաքաղաքը:
