Էջմիածին քաղաքի Զվարթնոց թաղամասի բնակիչ` 21 տարին լրացած, Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանը աշխատելիս է եղել որպես անհատ տաքսու վարորդ:
Նա աշխատանքին զուգահեռ զբաղվել է նաև հողագործությամբ:
2015 թվականի գարնանը հողագործական աշխատանքներ է կատարել Արմավիրի մարզի Հայկաշեն գյուղի դաշտերում` որտեղ իր հետ աշխատելիս է եղել նաև Էջմիածին քաղաքի բնակիչ Մարիամ Հարությունյանը, ով այդ աշխատանքների ընթացքում, հողագործական աշխատանքներ կատարելու նպատակով իր հետ աշխատավայր է բերել նաև դստերը` անչափահաս 2001թ. մայիսի 25-ին ծնված, քրեական գործով տուժող Ալինա Հարությունյանին:
Այդ ժամանակ էլ ծանոթացել է վերջինիս հետ և նրանց միջև փոխադարձ համակրանք է ձևավորվել: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք «Դատալեքս» տեղեկատվական համակարգից:
Ալինա Հարությունյանի հետ հերթական հանդիպման ժամանակ, 2015 թվականի աշնանը, չպարզված օրը, Ա. Գրիգորյանն առաջարկել է անչափահաս Ա. Հարությունյանին սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալ։ Աղջիկը հայտնել է, որ կույս է և փոխադարձ համաձայնությամբ, Ա. Գրիգորյանը հետանցքից սեռական հարաբերություն է ունեցել 16 տարին չլրացած Ալինա Հարությունյանի հետ։ Այնուհետև, Ա. Հարությունյանի հետ մոտ 5-6 անգամ սեռական հարաբերություն է ունեցել տարբեր օրերի և տարբեր տեղերում: Իրենց միջև սեռական հարաբերություն է տեղի ունեցել փոխադարձ համաձայնությամբ և ինքը տեղյակ է եղել, որ Ա. Հարությունյանը 14 տարեկան է, դրա մասին տեղեկացել է վերջինիցս իրենց ծանոթության առաջին օրը:
Առաջադրված մեղադրանքում, քրեական գործի դատական քննությամբ, ամբաստանյալ Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանն իրեն լիովին մեղավոր ճանաչեց, զղջաց կատարածի համար և դատարանին միջնորդեց արագացված կարգով դատական քննություն անցկացնել` հայտարարելով, որ միջնորդությունը ներկայացրել է կամավոր, խորհրդակցել է պաշտպանի հետ, գիտակցում է արագացված կարգով դատական քննություն անցկացնելու հետևանքներն, առաջադրված մեղադրանքն իրեն պարզ է, համաձայն է մեղադրանքի հետ։
Դատարանն ուսումնասիրելով փաստերը որոշեց ամբաստանյալ Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանին մեղավոր ճանաչել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Քրեական օրենսգրքի 141 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 3-րդ կետերով նախատեսված հանցագործության կատարման մեջ և այդ հոդվածի սանկցիայով դատապարտել ազատազրկման 4 /չորս/ տարի ժամկետով։
