Փաստաբան Նորայր Նորիկյանի կողմից 2014թ. նոյեմբերի 28-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանություն ներկայացված հաղորդման հիման վրա ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 254-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասով հարուցված քրեական գործի վարույթը կասեցվել է մինչև գործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավման ենթակա անձի պարզվելը: Այս մասին Past.am-ը տեղեկացավ «Նորիկյան և գործընկերներ» փաստաբանական գրասենյակից:

Նշենք, որ փաստաբանը 2014թ.նոյեմբեր ամսին հաղորդում էր ներկայացրել հանցագործության մասին` հայտնելով, որ 2014.թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ին անհայտ անձի կամ անձանց կողմից կոտրվել է ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջը և իր անունից գռեհիկ բովանդակությամբ նամակներ են ուղարկվել իր հարազատ մարդկանց:

Փաստաբանը համոզմունք էր հայտնել, որ նշված արարքը լրջագույն սպառնալիք է յուրաքանչյուրի համար, որը կարող է ունենալ ծանր հետևանքներ:

2014թ. դեկտեմբերի 8-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության ՀԿԳ քննիչի կողմից «Անհայտ անձի կողմից համակարգչային տեղեկատվությանն ապօրինի տիրանալու» դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 254-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասով հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ, որով Նորիկյանը 2014թ.դեկտեմբերի16-ին ճանաչվել է տուժող:

Գործով քննիչը գործի վարույթը կասեցնելու վերաբերյա սեպտեմբերի 4-ին կայացրած որոշման մեջ նշել է, որ տեխնիկապես հնարավոր չէ բացահայտել, թե որ պահին որ բաժանորդն է ինտերնետ համացանցում երևացել պահանջված IP հասցեներով:
