Տնտեսության ապաքինման առանցքը

Անի Սանոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հայաստանի տնտեսական ծանր վիճակը հաղթահարելու համար անհրաժեշտ է համապատասխան կամք, իսկ դրան կարելի է հասնել արդյունավետ տնտեսական քաղաքականություն իրականացնելու միջոցով: Տնտեսության դրական շարժը ապահովելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ընտրել, թե տնտեսության որ ոլորտների զարգացման վրա է պետք դնել հիմնական շեշտը և դիտարկել, թե որ ոլորտներն են ռիսկային՝ կախված օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ գործոններից:
Այսպես օրինակ՝ գյուղատնտեսությունը կախված է եղանակային պայմաններից և անկանխատեսելի ցուցանիշներ կարող է գրանցել: Ուստի գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում արմատական քայլեր են անհրաժեշտ, որպեսզի եղանակային պայմանների ազդեցությունը բերքի արդյունքների վրա լինի նվազագույն չափով:
Հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում, հաշվի առնելով պղնձի հանքանյութի ցածր գինը, առաջիկայում քիչ հնարավոր է բարձր աճի գրանցումը, իսկ ծառայությունների ոլորտը բարձր աճ ապահովելու համար առաջիկայի կտրվածքով խնդիրներ կունենա՝ պայմանավորված բնակչության եկամուտների նվազումով: Այսպիսի բարդ տնտեսական պայմաններում պետք է մեծ աշխատանք տանել արդյունաբերության և ծառայությունների այն ենթաճյուղերի ուղղությամբ, որտեղ վերջին տարիներին ճահճային վիճակ է ձևավորվել կամ անկում է գրանցվել:
Ինչպես երևում է տնտեսության հիմնական ճյուղերում առկա իրավիճակից, Կառավարությունը մեծ ջանքերի գնով միայն կարող է ապահովել 2017թ-ի բյուջեով նախատեսված 3,2% տնտեսական աճը: Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է եկող տարվա համար բարձր տնտեսական աճ ապահովելուն, ապա դրա համար գրեթե հիմքեր չեն մնում:
