ՀՀ գյուղնախարարն ընդունել է իսպանական «Գլոբալ դեսառոյոս և ինխենիերիա» ընկերության պատվիրակությանը

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը նախօրեին ընդունել է իսպանական «Գլոբալ դեսառոյոս և ինխենիերիա» բաժնետիրական ընկերության պատվիրակությանը, որը գլխավորում էր ընկերության նախագահ Խավիեր Վալերո Արտոլան: Հանդիպման նպատակն էր քննարկել գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում հետագա համագործակցության ուղիները, որոնց հիմք կհանդիսանա 2015 թվականին «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և «Գլոբալ դեսառոյոÕ ½ և ինխենիերիա» ԲԸ միջև ստորագրված փոխըմբռնման հուշագիրը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Հանդիպման սկզբում հյուրերը գոհունակությամբ նշել են, որ համագործակցելով տեղական «Սպայկա» ընկերության հետ, արդեն ձեռնամուխ են եղել Հայաստանում կառուցել 5 հեկտար ջերմոցային տնտեսություն և դրա հարակից տարածքում հիմնել ինտենսիվ այգիներ:
«Ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների կառուցումն ու ինտենսիվ այգիների հիմնումը մեր երկրի գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի առաջնային խնդիրներից են: Այս հարցում ձեր ընկերությունն ունի հարուստ փորձ, որը կարող է հաջողությամբ կիրառվել Հայաստանում` նպաստելով ոլորտի զարգացմանը», - նշել է նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը:
Պարոն Խավիեր Վալերո Արտոլան իր հերթին տեղեկացրել է, որ իսպանացի գործարարները մեծապես հետաքրքրված են Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում ներդրումների իրականացմամբ և որպես Բիլբաո բանկի խորհրդի նախագահ նա պատրաստ է նաև քննարկել առանձին ծրագրերի իրականացման համար ֆինանսական ռեսուրսների ներգրավման հնարավորությունը:
Իսպանական կողմը նաև իրատեսական է համարել համագործակցություն ծավալել անասնապահության, կաթի և մսի վերամշակման, ինչպես նաև ոռոգման կաթիլային համակարգերի ներդրման ուղղությամբ:
Զրույցի ընթացքում նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը հավելել է, որ ելնելով հանրապետության մարզերի առանձնահատկություններից ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունը նախատեսում է բոլոր մարզերի համար կազմել ներդրումային ծրագրեր, որոնք հետագայում կներկայացվեն պոտենցիալ ներդրողներին:
Հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանում գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի արդիականացման գործընթացը` նախարարն առաջարկել է ուսումնասիրել իսպանական բիզնեսի մասնակցությամբ գյուղտեխնիկայի սպասարկման կենտրոնների ստեղծման և ժամանակից սարքավորումներով համալրման հարցը:
