ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության մանկաբարձության և գինեկոլոգիայի խորհրդի հերթական նիստում «Մայրական հիվանդացության ու մահացության նվազեցման նպատակով ԱՀԿ-ի «Մազից կախված' կրիտիկական դեպքերի» աուդիտի ներդրման մասին հարցը քննարկվել է խորհրդի թարմացված կազմով։

Մինչ օրակարգին անցնելը, փոխնախարար Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանով հաստատված մանկաբարձության և գինեկոլոգիայի 19 անդամից կազմված նոր խորհուրդը, ինչպես նաև խորհրդի կանոնադրությունը։

Արմեն Մուրադյանը նշել է, որ խորհրդում ընդգրկվել են ավելի մեծ թվով առաջատար մասնագետներ, որպեսզի առավել խոր քննարկումներ իրականացվեն։ «Բավական ներկայացուցչական և հեղինակավոր մարմին է ձևավորվել, որի կայացրած որոշումները խիստ մասնագիտական կլինեն և կնպաստեն ծննդօգնության որակի բարելավմանը»,-հավելել է նախարարը։

Այնուհետև ՀՀ ԱՆ աշխատակազմի մայրական և վերարտադրողական առողջության պահպանման բաժնի պետ Գայանե Ավագյանը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանը Առողջապահության համաշխարահային կազմակերպության Անվտանգ մայրության նպատակով մայրական մահացության դեպքերի և բարդությունների ուսումնասիրության ընդհանուր սկզբունքները և ՀՀ ԱՆ կողմից ընտրված «մազից կախված դեպքերի» մեթոդի ներդրման» մասին։ Այս հրամանը հնարավորություն կտա «մազից կախված» կրիտիկական դեպքերի վարումը գնահատել ԱՀԿ երաշխավորությունների և չափորոշիչներով։

Նախարարն առաջարկել է հանրապետության ծննդօգնության բոլոր բժշկական կազմակերպություններում նախատեսվող ուսումնասիրություններին զուգընթաց կազմակերպել դասընթացներ' բուժաշխատողներին ծանոթացնելով այդ ուղեցույցներին և բուժօգնության որակի գնահատման չափանիշներին։ «Այսպիսով մենք կունենանք չափելի որակ, որի ապահովման նկատմամբ չափազանց խիստ հսկողություն կիրականացվի»,-ասել է Արմեն Մուրադյանը' կարևորելով կրիտիկական դեպքերի մասին բուժհիմնարկների կողմից նախարարությանը և ՀՀ ԱՆ գլխավոր մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ, ակադեմիկոս Ռազմիկ Աբրահամյանին ժամանակին տեղեկացնելը։

«Մազից կախված դեպքերի» այս նոր մեթոդի ներդրումը բուժհաստատություններին հնարավորություն կտա բացահայտել կրիտիկական դեպքերի առաջացման պատճառները, վարման հետ կապված խոչընդոտները, բացթողումները և այլն։ Նման դեպքերի վերլուծությունն իրականացվում է դասեր քաղելու և առաջիկայում դրանք հնարավորինս կանխարգելու կամ առավել արդյունավետ, ապացույցների վրա հիմնված միջոցառումներ կիրառելու նպատակով։ «Մայրական մահացության ցուցանիշը ոչ միայն առողջապահական, այլև ցանկացած երկրի զարգացվածության կարևորագույն ցուցանիշ է»,-ասել է Արմեն Մուրադյանը' տալով հանձնարարականներ դեպքերի մասին տվյալների հավաքագրման, դրանց վերլուծության և համապատասխան միջոցառումների ձեռնարկման ուղղությամբ։ Նա նշել է, որ բոլոր այս միջոցառումները միտված են երկրում մայրական և պերինատալ հիվանդացության և մահացության ցուցանիշների նվազեցմանը։
