ՀՀ ոստիկանությունն ուժեղացված ծառայություն է սկսել Երևանում ու ՀՀ մարզերում՝ տեխզննման կեղծ կտրոնների հայտնաբերման ուղղությամբ: Քաղաքացիներին զանգահարում են ու խնդրում ներկայանալ Ոստիկանության բաժիններ: ԱԱԾ-ն դեռևս հունիս ամսին հայտարարություն էր տարածել, որում մասնավորապես նշված էր.
«Տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեխնիկական զննության կեղծ կտրոնների վաճառքը հետագայում բացառելու և դրա հետ կապված անհարկի քաշքշուկներից, նյութական կորուստներից քաղաքացիներին զերծ պահելու նպատակով, ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը կոչ է անում ձեռնպահ մնալ տեխնիկական զննության կտրոնները համայնքների վարչական շենքերում վարձակալած սենյակներից, ապահովագրական ընկերությունների գրասենյակներից, տեխզննման կետերից, ինչպես նաև անհատներից գնելու արատավոր պրակտիկայից և հորդորում է սահմանված կարգով դրանք ձեռք բերել բացառապես ՀՀ բանկերից»:
168.am-ի հետ զրույցում քաղաքացիներին Ոստիկանության բաժիններ կանչելու վերաբերյալ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչության պետ Աշոտ Ահարոնյանը տվեց հետևյալ բացատրությունը. «Այլ գերատեսչությունում (նկատի ունի՝ ԱԱԾ-ն.- Ռ.Մ.) հարուցված քրեական գործ կա, ու դրա շրջանակներում համապատասխան գործողություններ են իրականացվում»:
«Աքիլես» ավտովարորդների իրավունքների պաշտպանության կենտրոնի նախագահ Էդուարդ Հովհաննիսյանն էլ մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ այս խնդրի մասին իրենց կազմակերպությունը տեղյակ է ԱԱԾ-ի հայտարարությունից, ու հիմա ըստ էության շարունակում են հայտնաբերել այն քաղաքացիներին, որոնց մոտ առկա են տեխզննման կեղծ կտրոններ.
«Մեր կազմակերպություն այս խնդրի առնչությամբ ոչ մի վարորդ չի դիմել: Ես չգիտեմ՝ Ոստիկանությունն այդ քաղաքացիներին ինչո՞ւ է հրավիրում բաժիններ, ի՞նչ խնդիր պետք է լուծեն, եթե քաղաքացին տեխզննման կտրոնը ձեռք է բերել վարչական շրջաններից, որտեղ իրենց առաջարկել են այդ կտրոնն առնել, որ մեկ էլ չհասնեն բանկ: Այդտեղ ասում են՝ վճարիր այդ գումարը, քեզ կտանք կտրոնը:
Քաղաքացին էլ օգտվել է այդ ծառայությունից, տեղում արել է ու կտրոնը փակցրել է մեքենային: Ինձ թվում է՝ ուզում են պարզել, թե վերջապես ո՞վ է տպել այդ կեղծ կտրոնները, ո՞նց է եղել, այդ քաղաքացին գիտե՞ր, թե՞ չգիտեր»: Ոստիկանության բաժին հրավիրված վարորդներից մեկը մեզ պատմեց, որ իրեն հրավիրել են բաժին և ընդամենը ստուգել՝ մեքենայի տեխզննման կտրոնը կեղծվա՞ծ է, թե՞ ոչ: Նա նաև նշեց, որ իր կտրոնը բանկից է ձեռք բերել, և որևէ խնդիր չի առաջացել:
