ՊԵԿ-բիզնես երկխոսության նոր ձևաչափ. մաքսային համակարգում բարեփոխումների նոր փուլ է մեկնարկել

Կարևորելով բիզնեսի համար առավելագույն հարմարավետ պայմանների անհրաժեշտությունը` Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հանդիպում է նախաձեռնել արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեություն իրականացնող բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ըստ ՊԵԿ նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Սամվել Ավետիքյանի, նպատակն է` համատեղ քննարկել մտահոգող խնդիրներն ու իրազեկել կառավարության ծրագրով նախատեսվող փոփոխությունները: ՊԵԿ-բիզնես երկխոսության նոր ձևաչափի մեկնարկը տրված է: Խնդրահարույց են շարունակում մնալ ապրանքների մաքսային արժեքի որոշման առանձնահատկությունները: Ոլորտի պատասխանատուների վստահեցմամբ՝ մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձվելու գործարքի գնի մեթոդին: «Միշտ չէ, որ եվրոպական երկրներից ներկրվող ապրանքների համար ներկայացված փաստաթղթերը բավարարում են օրենքի պահանջները: Եվ հակառակը՝ ն աև ռիսկային երկրներից կարող են ներկրվել օրենսդրությանը համապատասխանող փաստաթղթերով ապրանքներ»,-նկատել է Սամվել Ավետիքյանը: Այդ ուղղությամբ, ըստ ՊԵԿ նախագահի առաջին տեղակալի, փոփոխությունները մեկնարկել են, դեռ անելիքներ կան ինչպես բիզնեսի, այնպես էլ մաքսային մարմնի համար: Նրա դիտարկմամբ՝ բիզնեսի կողմից ներկայացված փաստաթղթերի արժանահավատությունը ճշտելու համար իրականացվելու է արդյունավետ հետբացթողումային հսկողություն: ՊԵԿ-ում վստահեցնում են, որ օրինապահ և ոչ օրինապահ բիզնեսի նկատմամբ կլինի տարբերակված մոտեցում: «Ինչպես ՀՀ վարչապետը և ՊԵԿ նախագահը նշեցին, կձևավորվեն բարեխիղճ հարկ վճարողների ցանկեր, որոնց համար կլինեն պարզեցված գործընթացներ: Կկրճատվի ձևակերպումների ժամանակահատվածը, գործառույթների մի մասը կիրականացվի մաքսատներում»,-ընդգծել է Սամվել Ավետիքյանը:
Բարեխիղճ տնտեսվարողների համար առաջիկայում նաև այլ նորամուծություններ են սպասվում. կգործարկվի լիազորված տնտեսական օպերատորի ինստիտուտը: «Այն փոխադարձ վստահության վրա հիմնված համակարգ է,որը նպատակ ունի խրախուսել, դյուրինացնել և ավելի արտոնյալ պայմաններ ապահովել բարեխիղճ տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների համար»,-նշել է ՊԵԿ նախագահի տեղակալ Վախթանգ Միրումյանը: Բարեփոխումների արդյունքն առաջինը զգում, գնահատում է հասցեատերը և ակնկալում շարունակականություն: ՊԵԿ-ն առաջիկայում ժամանակացույց կառաջարկի խորհրդատվության համար, ցան կացողները կարող են նախապես հերթագրվել, ինչպես նաև գրավոր կամ բանավոր փոխանցել հուզող հարցերը: «Այսուհետ ցանկացած պահանջ, ցանկացած խնդիր դառնալու է քննարկման առարկա և լուծումները տրվելու են շատ արագ»,-հավաստիացրել է ՊԵԿ նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Սամվել Ավետիքյանը:
