Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի համակարգն ամենակոռումպացվածներից մեկն է այդ երկրում: Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, haqqin.az-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնել է Ավստրալիայում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատան արդեն նախկին երրորդ քարտուղար Անար Հասանովը` մեկնաբանելով ԱԳՆ-ի համակարգից իր հեռացվելու եւ Ավստրալիայում ապաստան խնդրելու լուրերը:«Իմ մեղքը նրանում է, որ ես ընդամենը բացահայտել եմ Կանբեռա յում մեր դեսպանատանն առկա աղաղակող կոռուպցիոն փաստերը եւ այդ մասին նամակով հայտնել Ադրբեջանի նախագահին ու օմբուդսմենին: Դա խիստ դուր չի եկել դեսպան Ռովշան Ջամշիդովին եւ ԱԳՆ-ի ղեկավարությանն ընդհանրապես: Նրանք միասին սկսել են հալածանքների ենթարկել ինձ: Այս տարվա հունիսին ավստրալիական դեսպանատանը ստուգումներ սկսելու փոխարեն, մեր արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը որոշում է ընդունել հեռացնել ինձ զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից: Ըստ էության, դեսպան Ռովշան Ջամշիդովը, որպեսզի կորցնի իր կոռուպցիոն գործողությունների հետքերը, հասել է իմ` աշխատանքից ա զատմանը», -ասել է նա:
Անդրադառնալով Ավստրալիայում ապաստան խնդրելու մասին ադրբեջանական մամուլում տարածված լուրերին` Անար Հասանովն ասել է, որ ինքը քաղաքական ապաստան չի խնդրել, եւ այդ մասին սուտ տեղեկություններ տարածում է դեսպանատան հաշվապահ Արազ Խասիեւը, որպեսզի թաքցնի իր հանցագործությունները եւ Ադրբեջանում ինձ ներկայացնի որպես դավաճան ու ընդդիմադիր:
Անար Հուսեյնովը բացահայտել էր Ավստրալիայում ադրբեջանական դեսպանատան կողմից կոռուպցիայի փաստեր, ինչպես նաեւ դեսպանի կողմից ալկոհոլի եւ սիգարետի ապօրինի բիզնեսը: «Ինչ մնում է քաղաքական ապաստանին, ապա ես փախստական եմ, եւ երբեք չէի կարող դավաճանել հայրենիքիս», -ասել է նա: Անար Հասանովը հավելել է, որ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն իրականում վերածվել է երկրում ամենակոռումպացված կառույցներից մեկի: «Այնտեղ ամեն ինչ տառացիորեն ներթափանցված է կաշառակերությամբ եւ խարդախությամբ: Եւ նման համընդհանուր կոռուպցիայի մեջ նախ եւ առաջ մեղավոր է ԱԳՆ-ի ղեկավարությունը», -ընդգծել է նախկին դիվանագետ պաշտոնյան:
Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին քննադատելու համար մի քանի ամիս առաջ զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից հեռացվել էր Իսլամական համագործակցության կազմակերպությունում եւ Եվրամիությունում Ադրբեջանի նախկին դեսպան Արիֆ Մամեդովն այն բանի համար, որ իշխանություններին քննադատել էր մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքները երկրում խախտելու համար: Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն անմիջապես զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից հեռացրել էր Արիֆ Մամեդովին եւ Անար Հուսեյնովին եւ նրանց նկատմամբ շինծու քրեական գործեր հարուցել` մեղադրելով ինչ որ ապօրինի գործողությունների մեջ:
Վերջին մի քանի ամիսների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի արտասահմանյան առաքելությունների երկու դիվանագետների` իշխանությունների նկատմամբ հրապարակային քննադատությունները, ԱԳՆ-ի եւ առաքելությունների ղեկավարությանը կոռուպցիայի եւ ապօրինի բիզնեսի մեջ մեղադրանքները լուրջ սկանդալի պատճառ են դարձել Ադրբեջանում:
Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայությունն օրերս հայտարարել է, որ «արտգործնախարարության համակարգում արմատական կադրային եւ կառուցվածքային բարեփոխումներ են անցկացվում, աշխատանքից հեռացվում են դիվանագիտական ծառայության համար ոչ պիտանի անձինք, ինչպես նաեւ այն աշխատակիցները, որոնք իրենց գործունեության մեջ լուրջ թերացումներ են թույլ տվել, իրագործվում են նաեւ այլ վարչական միջոցառումներ»:
