նձ՝ որպես ֆուտբոլասեր և Հայաստանի հավաքականի երկպագու, ամենևին չի հետաքրքրում, իսկ եթե անկեղծ՝ քիչ է հետաքրքրում այն, թե ինչ է ասել, ասում և ասելու Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը: Իսկ նա, հիշեցնեմ, ասել է, որ եթե անգամ հավաքականի մարզիչն ուզի և հրավիրի Յուրա Մովսիսյանին և Ռոբերտ Արզումանյանին, ապա ինքը թույլ չի տալու...Ինձ հետաքրքրում է, ավելին՝ մտահոգում է մարզական, կոնկրետ ֆուտբոլային լրագրողների լռությունը՝ ֆեդերացիայի նախագահի ասածներից հետո: Չնայած նրանցից մեկը՝ Խաչիկ Չախոյանը, արտահայտվել է: Մարդը Հայրապետյանի վերոհիշյալ ասածի առումով ասել է. «Ֆեդերացիայի յուրաքանչյուր նախագահ, բնականաբար, կարող է իր կարծիքը հայտնել հավաքականի այս կամ այն խաղացողի հետ կապված: Մենք, օրինակ, չգիտենք, թե Իսպանիայում, Իտալիայում կամ մի ուրիշ երկրում մարզիչը, երբ ֆուտբոլիստ է հրավիրում հավաքական, ֆեդերացիայի նախագահի կարծիքն այդտեղ չկա՞: Մենք հիմա կենտրոնացել ենք մեր ֆեդերացիայի վրա: Ես, օրինակ, կարծում եմ, որ հավաքականի գլխավոր մարզիչը ֆուտբոլիստ հրավիրելիս պետք է խորհրդակցի նախևառաջ մարզչական շտաբի հետ, հասկանա, թե ֆեդերացիայի նախագահն ինչ կարծիք ունի տվյալ կազմի մասին»:
Հարգելի՛ գործընկեր Խաչիկ, եթե Դուք անձամբ չգիտեք, թե այս հարցը, օրինակ, Իսպանիայում կամ Իտալիայում ինչպես է, ապա դա շատ վատ է, իսկ եթե գիտեք, հասկանում եք, որ այնպես չէ, ինչպես Հայաստանում է, բայց ասում եք, որ մենք չգիտենք, դա ուղղակի սարսափելի է, քանի որ Դուք, փաստորեն, հասկանալով եք ապատեղեկատվություն տարածում: Իսկ Իսպանիայում և Իտալիայում, ինչպես նաև Անգլիայում, եթե հավաքականի մարզիչների ԳՈՐԾԵՐԻՆ ԽԱՌՆՎԵՆ ֆեդերացիաների նախագահները, ապա մարզիչներն ուղղակի հրաժարական կտան... Մի խոսքով՝ ֆուտբոլ ենք ուզում, հա՛, պարո՛ն Հայրապետյան, երբ երկրպագուները ֆուտբոլ են ուզում, դա չի նշանակում, որ տղաները հոկեյ են խաղում, դա նշանակում է, որ այն ֆուտբոլը, որը նրանք են խաղում, իրականում ֆուտբոլ չէ, հոկեյ էլ չէ...
