Գեղարքունիքի մարզում կայացավ կարտոֆիլի «Մեծ փուռ- 2016» փառատոնը

Արդեն երկրորդ տարին է, ինչ «Վորլդ Վիժն Հայաստան» կազմակերպության Գավառի տարածքային զարգացման ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակը կազմակերպում է «Հյուրասիրում են քյավառցիները» խորագիրը կրող «Մեծ փուռ» միջոցառումը: «Արմենպրես»-ի տեղեկացմամբ՝ միջոցառումը, որին մասնակցում էին պետական կառավարման եւ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներ, մայրաքաղաքից ժամանած հյուրեր, Գավառի տարածքի համայնքների բնակիչներ, գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների ղեկավարներ, կայացավ Կարմիրգյուղ եւ Սարուխան համայնքների միջեւ գտնվող Ծաղկավանքի հարակից տարածքում:
«Կարտոֆիլի մեծ փուռ» փառատոնը հիմնականում համախմբել էր Սարուխան եւ Գանձակ համայնքների կարտոֆիլագործներին, ովքեր փաթեթավորված կարտոֆիլները ներկայացրել էին 16 տաղավարներում: Բացի կարտոֆիլից պատրաստված մոտ 50 տեսակի ուտեստեղեններից եւ թորած օղուց՝ սեղաններին դրված էին նաեւ փահլավա, գաթա, հրուշակեղեն, քյուֆթա, մեղր, ձկնեղեն, չիչխանի հյութ, պանրի տեսականի եւ տարածաշրջանին բնորոշ այլ կերակուրներ: Սարուխանի եւ Գանձակի ֆերմերների խմբերից զատ, միջոցառմանը առանձին տաղավարներում իրենց արտադրած բերքն էին ցուցադրում նաեւ Վարդենիսի ե ւ Ճամբարակի տարածաշրջանների ներկայացուցիչները: «Գեղարքունիքի մարզի կարտոֆիլն արդեն դարձել է հայտնի բրենդ՝ իր համային, որակական հատկանիշների եւ այն աճեցնող մարդկանց հյուրասիրության շնորհիվ: Այստեղ աճեցված կարտոֆիլը հնարավոր է պահել մինչև գարուն՝ վստահ լինելով, որ չի փչանա: Իսկ միջոցառմանը ներկայացված գերխոշոր եւ կենդանակերպ կարտոֆիլները առաջացնում էին հյուրերի հիացմունքն ու զարմանքը: Կարծում եմ, որ մեր կողմից կազմակերպվող ավանդական փառատոնը տարեցտարի մեծ հնչեղություն կունենա եւ կնպաստի տարածաշրջանի կարտոֆիլագործների եկամուների աճին»,- միջոցառումը ներկայացրեց «Վորլդ Վիժն Հայաստան» կազմակերպության Գավառի տարածքային զարգացման ծրագրերիղեկավար Վարազդատ Սարգսյանը: Սահմանված էին մրցանակներ «Կարտոֆիլից պատրաստված լավագույն ուտեստ», «Լավագույն փռնչի», «Լավագույն տաղավար», «Լավագույն խումբ», «Ամենախոշոր կարտոֆիլ» անվանակարգերի համար: Ի դեպ, ամենախոշոր կարտոֆիլը կշռում էր 1 կգ 600 գրամ:
Միջոցառման ընթացքում ներկաների բարձր տրամադրությունն ապահովեցին գեղարվեստական ինքնագործ խմբեր: «Մեծ փուռ- 2016» փառատոնն ավարտվեց խորհրդանշական շուրջպարով:
