ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը, պատասխանելով Ծառուկյանի՝ քաղաքականություն վերադառանալու մասին հարցին նշել է, թե այդ դեպքում Ծառուկյանը պետք է նկատի ունենա, որ գործարարությունն ու օրենսդիր աշխատանքը անհամատեղելի են։ Անշուշտ, Հայաստանի օրենսդրությամբ գործարարները չեն կարող հայտնվել Օրենսդիր մարմնում և կարծես թե Հերմինը Նաղդալյանը հանդես է գալիս օրենքի տառի պաշտպանությամբ։ Սակայն այնուամենայնիվ Նաղդալյանի հայտարարությունը մի շատ մեծ հարցական է առաջադրում։ Եթե նա խոսում է գործարարության և օրենսդիր աշխատանքների անհամատեղելիության մասին, ապա այդ դեպքում ինչ է կորցրել ԱԺ-ում Հերմինե Նաղդալյանն անձամբ, ով բազմիցս հայտնվել է հանրային ուշադրության կենտրոնում իր բիզնեսների և ունեցվածքի պատճառով, որոնք վերջինիս ապահովել են «բիզնես լեդիի» համբավը։
Ինչ գործ ունեն Ազգային ժողովում Նաղդալյանի բազմաթիվ կուսակիցներ որոնք անգամ չեն էլ թաքցրել իրենց գործարարությամբ զբաղվելը։ Գուցե հիշեցումներ անելու փոխարեն Նաղդալյանը նախևառաջ օրինակ ծառայեր այլոց և որպես գործարար չհավակներ օրենսդրական գործունեության, որը կարծես թե այնքան էլ տպավորիչ արդյունքներ չի ունեցել՝ չհաշված մի շարք միջազգային սկանդալները, որոնցում Հայաստանը հայտնվել է Եվրախորհրդում հայկական պատվիրակության ղեկավար Հերմինե Նաղդալյանի ոչ ճկուն և անհեռատես դիվանագիտության արդյունքում։ Անշուշտ, օրենքը պետք է գործի և պետք է գործի բոլորի համար հավասար պայմաններով, սակայն պարզվում է Նաղդալյանի մոտ գործում է Ջորջ Օրվելի «Անասնաֆերմայից» հայտնի կանոնը՝ «Բոլոր կենդանիները հավասար են, բայց որոշ կենդանիներ ավելի հավասար են քան մյուսները»։
