Սոցապ նախարարը բացառում է, որ մանկատներից երեխաներին օրավարձով տանում են մուրացկանության

Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավորի հայտարարությունը, թե մանկատներից երեխաներին օրավարձով տանում են մուրացկանության, համարում է հաղորդագրություն հանցագործության մասին և համապատասխան մարմինների ուշադրությունը հրավիրում:
«Ես անթույլատրելի եմ համարում նման հայտարարությունները, որովհետև եթե կա նման փաստ, ուրեմն պետք է դրանք ներկայացվեն պատկան մարմիններին, և դա ուղղակի ես համարում եմ հաղորդում հանցագործության մասին»,- ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց նախարարը:
Նախարարը նշեց, որ պատկան մարմինները ոչ միայն պետք է արձագանքեն հայտարարությանը, այլ հանցագործության մասին հայտարարություն տվող պատգամավորն էլ պետք է համագործակցի պատկան մարմինների հետ:
Նա հստակեցրեց, թե մուրացկան երեխաների հետ կապված հարցերով կան համապատասխան մարմիններ, որոնք իրականացնում են իրենց աշխատանքը:
Դիտարկմանը, թե գուցե պատշաճ չեն իրականացնո՞ւմ, նախարարը պատասխանեց. «Կարելի է ասել, որ միգուցե արդյունավետության բարձրացման հետ կապված անհրաժեշտություն կա, որն ուղղակի բոլորիս պետք է մտահոգի, և այդ թվում եթե մենք, յուրաքանչյուրս ունենք կոնկրետ փաստ, ապա պետք է համագործակցի պատկան մարմինների հետ փաստերով, ոչ թե հայտարարություններ անի»:
Նախարարը նշեց, թե քննարկում ունեցել է մանկատան տնօրենների հետ և ասաց, որ պատրաստ է կոնկրետ փաստի դեպքում մինչև վերջ գնալ:
«Ես դա համարում եմ ամենավտանգավոր երևույթը, և եթե այդպիսի բան բացահայտվի, պետք է լինի ամենախիստ պատիժը, բայց ես բացառում եմ նման բան մեր համակարգի հաստատություններում»,-ասաց նա:
Արտեմ Ասատրյանի խոսքով՝ վերջին տարիներին այս բնագավառում իրականացված աշխատանքները իսկապես մեծ արդյունք են տվել, ինչն արձանագրվում է նաև միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից հրապարակվող զեկույցներում:
