Հալեպում ռազմական իրավիճակը կրկին սրվել է

Արմեն Պետրոյսանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Անցյալ 1 շաբաթվա ընթացքում հաստատված հարաբերական դադարից հետո նախօրեին Հալեպում կրկին սրվել է ռազմական իրավիճակը: Մասնավորապես, ընդդիմադիր մի քանի խմբավորումներ միավորող «Ջայշ ալ-Ֆաթհ» կառույցը քաղաքի արևմտյան հատվածում լայնամասշտաբ հարձակում է նախաձեռնել սիրիական բանակային ստորաբաժանումների, նրանց հարող լիբանանյան «Հիզբալլահի» և մի շարք այլ զորամիավորումների դեմ՝ գրավելով Հալեպի արևմտյան խոշորագույն արվարձաններից Դահիյա ալ-Ասադ շրջանը:
Ռազմական գործողությունը մեկնարկել է և քաղաքի արևմտյան շրջանների զանգվածային հրթիռակոծմամբ, ինչպես նաև առնվազն 4 մահապարտ ահաբեկիչների կողմից պայթուցիկով բեռնված տանկերով և «ջիհադ-մեքենաներով» իրականացված անակնկալ հարձակումներով, ինչը խուճապային իրավիճակ է առաջացրել հակառակորդի մոտ՝ հարկադրելով նրան նահանջել: Զուգահեռաբար հակակառավարական «Ահրար ալ-Շամ» խմբավորումն ակտիվորեն հրթիռային հարվածներ է հասցրել Հալեպի արևելքում գտնվող «Ալ-Նայրաբ» ռազմական օդանավակայանի ուղղությամբ:
Վերոնշյալ հարձակումներն, ըստ սիրիացի ընդդիմադիրների, հանդիսանում են Հալեպի շրջափակման ճեղքման առավել լայնամասշտաբ ռազմագործողության ընդամենը մեկ բաղադրիչը (կարճատև հաջողությամբ նման փորձ հակակառավարական ուժերը նախաձեռնել էին նաև դեռևս ընթացիկ տարվա օգոստոսի սկզբին): Սիրիայում գործող «Ջաբհաթ ալ-Նուսրա» ահաբեկչական խմբավորումն իր հերթին հայտարարել է, որ այդ գործողության համար արդեն իսկ նախապատրաստել է 40 մահապարտ ահաբեկիչների՝ իրենց «ջիհադ-մեքենաներով»:
Սիրիական հակակառավարական ուժերի ժամանակավոր հաջողությունները մեծ ոգևորություն են առաջացրել սոցիալական ցանցերի՝ ընդդիմադիրներին պատկանող հատվածում, որտեղ Հալեպի ռազմագործողությունը գնահատվում է որպես «մայրը բոլոր ճակատամարտերի», և այն անպայման ավարտվելու է հենց իրենց հաղթանակով:
Օգտվելով շրջանում ակտիվացած ռազմական իրավիճակից՝ «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորումն իր հերթին անակնկալ հարձակում է նախաձեռնել Հալեպ նահանգի արևելքում սիրիական բանակի ենթակայության ներքո գտնվող «Ալ-Քվեյրիս» ավիաբազայի դեմ, մինչդեռ օբյեկտը պահպանող կառավարական ուժերին հաջողվել է հետ մղել իսլամականների գրոհը:
Չնայած օդային հարվածները դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ Ռուսաստանի հայտարարությանը, այնուամենայնիվ, ռուսական օդատիեզերական ուժերը նախօրեին ևս վերսկսել են գործողությունները՝ Հալեպի տարբեր շրջաններում իրականացնելով մի քանի տասնյակ ավիահարվածներ:
Այսպիսով, ինչպես նախկին հրադադարներից հետո, այս անգամ ևս սիրիական բանակի և ռուսական օդուժի կողմից միակողմանիորեն հայտարարված մոտ մեկ շաբաթյա մարդասիրական դադարն ընդդիմադիրների կողմից ծառայեցվեց վերախմբավորվելու, վերազինվելու և նոր լայնամասշտաբ հարձակում նախաձեռնելու նպատակին. Սիրիայի հյուսիսում՝ Հալեպում, մեկնարկեց դեռևս սեպտեմբերի 22-ից սկսված ռազմական նոր շրջափուլի հերթական բաղադրիչն՝ այս անգամ արդեն ընդդիմադիրների պատասխան հարձակմամբ:
