Ադրբեջանում դոլարային իրարանցումը շարունակվում է

Ադրբեջանում 26 բանկեր կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից դոլարի պաշտոնական փոխարժեքը բարձրացնելուց հետո սկսել են դոլարը վաճառել 1.70 մանաթ եւ ավելի բարձր փոխարժեքով:

Այս մասին հայտնում է ադրբեջանական fins.az լրատվականը:

Մի շարք բանկեր դոլարի փոխարժեքը կամայականորեն բարձրացնելուց բացի, իջեցրել են դոլարի վաճառքի սահմանաչափը:

Bank Respublika բանկը դոլարի վաճառքի սահմանաչափը 16 անգամ իջեցնելով այն 5000 դոլարից դարձրել է 300 դոլար, Unibank-ը` 5000 դոլարից դարձրել է 500 դոլար, Azərbaycan Sənaye Bankı բանկը` 1000 դոլարից 500 դոլար եւ այլն:

Հոկտեմբերի 28-ի դրությամբ ամենաբարձր փոխարժեքով դոլար վաճառող բանկերն են Amrahbank, Günaybank բանկերը, որոնք դոլարի համար սահմանել են 1,7036 մանաթ փոխարժեքը:

Հոկտեմբերի 28-ին Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից դոլար-մանաթ պաշտոնական փոխարժեքը սահմանվել էր 1,6381 մանաթ: 

Հոկտեմբերի 27-ին դոլար-մանաթ պաշտոնական փոխարժեքը եղել է 1,6291:

Նախորդ տարի Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկը հայտարարել էր 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 21-ից ազգային արժույթի` մանաթի լողացող փոխարժեքի անցնելու մասին: Կենտրոնական բանկը նման որոշումը հիմնավորել էր արտաքին առեւտրաշրջանառության մեջ դրական սալտոյի, ինչպես նաեւ այլ աղբյուրներից փոխարժեքային փոխանցումների կտրուկ նվազմամբ: ԿԲ հայտարարության մեջ նշվում էր, որ արտաքին բացասական ազդակով, այդ թվում նավթի գնի անկումով պայմանավորված` անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել փոխարժեքը հարմարեցնելու նավթի նոր գներին: 

Ադրբեջանական բանկերը օգտվելով ստեղծված իրավիճակից փոխարժեքի սահմանման հարցում կամայականություններ են դրսեւորում:
