Ի՞նչ հիվանդություն ունի Ալլա Պուգաչովան

Ալլա Պուգաչովան վերջին օրերին սկսել է հաճախ հայտնվել ռուսական լրատվամիջոցների էջերին։ Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվում էր, որ նոր երգ թողարկած եւ ալբոմ պատրաստող Պրիմադոննան մտադիր է վերադառնալ բեմ փողի պակասության պատճառով։
Իսկ Дни» ռուսական կայքը որոշել է իր հերթին գնահատել 67-ամյա երգչուհուն առողջական վիճակը։ 10 տարի առաջ Ալլա Պուգաչովան որոշել էր վիրահատության ենթարկվել բարձր խոլեստերինի եւ երակների վտանգավոր նեղացման պատճառով։
Պուգաչովան ստիպված էր ստենտավորում անել։ Վիրահատության ժամանակ երգչուհու սրտի արյունատար անոթները լայնացրել էին, իսկ 4 հատուկ անոթների միջոցով վերականգնել էին արյան շրջանառությունը։ Մեկ տարի անց վիրահատությունը կրկնեցին, քան որ ստենտերը վատ էին սերտաճել, դրանք փոխեցին։ 2010–ին Միխայիլ Պրոխորովի իսրայելական կլինիկայում երգչուհին նորից վիրահատություն տարավ։ Վնասված երակի մեջ զոնդ էին մտցրել, եւ այն լայնացրել էր անոթը։
Այդ բոլոր հիվանդությունները, ինչպես ենթադրում են բժիշկները, հիմնականում կապ ունեն 1986-ին Չեռնոբիլում երգչուհու համերգի հետ։ Դրանից հետո նրա էնդոկրին համակարգը խափանվել էր, ինչն էլ իր հերթին շաքարախտի պատճառ էր դարձել։ Երգչուհու հիվանդությունը աննկատ էր զարգանում։ Թուլություն, ծանր շնչառություն, քայլելու դժվարություններ, տեսողության վատացում, կրծքավանդակում այրոց, գլխացավեր։
Պուգաչովան երկար ժամանակ այդ ամենը վերագրում էր սթրեսին, կյանքի խելահեղ ռիթմին, քրոնիկ հոգնածությանը։ Պարզվել է, որ ամեն բան շատ ավելի շուրջ է։ Այդ նշանները այսպես կոչված նախաշաքարախտի ախտանշաններ են, որոնք ոչ միայն կարելի է, այլ նաեւ պետք է բուժել։ Մասնագետները ենթադրում են, որ Պուգաչովան ժամանակին ուշադրություն չի դարձրել տագնապալի նշաններին եւ հիմա երկրորդ տիպի շաքարախտ ունի։
Դրա պատճառներն են ավելորդ քաշը, բարձր կալորիական սնունդը, հիպոդինամիան։ Արյան մեջ շաքարի բարձր մակարդակը հորմոնալ, նյութափոխանակման խանգարումներ է առաջացնում, որոնք սրտանոթային համակարգի հիվանդությունների պատճառ են դառնում։ Հիվանդները տառապում են երիկամների խանգարումներից, հոդացավերից։
