Մաքրեք կոճապղպեղը և դրեք բաժակի մեջ: Վրան եռման ջուր ավելացրեք, մոտավորապես ¾ չափաբաժնով: Թողեք ջուրը սառչի. Շատ տաք ջրի մեջ կիտրոնի օգտակար հատկությունները վերանում են: Սառչելուց հետո ըմպելիքի մեջ ավելացրեք կիտրոնի հյութը և քրքումի փոշին: Լավ խառնեք: Ցանկության դեպքում կարելի է նաև շաքարավազ ավելացնել:
