Քննչական կոմիտեն նոր մանրամասներ է հաղորդել երեխաների նկատմամբ անառակաբարո գործողություններ կատարելու գործի վերաբերյալ:

Ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության՝ հոկտեմբերի 27-ին ստացվել է երկու տարբեր հաղորդում նույն քաղաքի երկու բնակչուհիների կողմից՝ իրենց անչափահաս աղջիկ երեխաների նկատմամբ հարեւանի կողմից կատարված անառակաբարո գործողությունների վերաբերյալ։

Նույն օրը ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է երկու քրեական գործ:

Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ երեխաների նկատմամբ անառակաբարո գործողությունները կատարվել են նույն անձի կողմից եւ որոշում է կայացվել քրեական գործերը միացնելու եւ մեկ վարույթում շարունակելու մասին։

8 եւ 10-ամյա երեխաները ճանաչվել են տուժողներ, իսկ նրանց մայրերը՝ տուժողի օրինական ներկայացուցիչներ եւ հարցաքննվել: Կասկածյալը, ով 38 տարեկան տղամարդ է՝ ամուսնացած, բարձրագույն կրթությամբ, նույն օրը՝ հոկտեմբերի 27-ին, ձերբակալվել է։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում դեպքի լրիվ, օբյեկտիվ հետազոտումն ապահովովելու ուղղությամբ:

Հաշվի առնելով քրեական գործի առանձնահատկությունը՝ հրապարակման ենթակա չէ որեւէ այլ տվյալ, որը կարող է հանգեցնել երեխաների նույնացմանը՝  նրանց կրկնակի եւ երկրորդային զոհացումից խուսափելու նպատակով։
