Ռումինիայի խորհրդարանում ներկայացվել է ազգային փոքրամասնությունների մասին հատորը

Ռումինիայի խորհրդարանում հոկտեմբերի 27-ին հանդիսավորապես ներկայացվեց «Ազգային փոքրամասնությունների խորհրդարանական խումբը 1990-2016թթ.» հատորը, որի մեջ 18 այլ ազգային փոքրամասնությունների կողքին տեղեկություններ են տրված նաեւ ռումինահայ համայնքի մասին:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ազգային փոքրամասնությունների խորհրդարանական խումբն ստեղծվել է 1990թ. եւ ավանդաբար ղեկավարվում է հայ պատգամավորի կողմից` մինչեւ 1996թ. Վարուժան Ոսկանյանի, իսկ դրանից հետո արդեն 20 տարի շարունակ Վարուժան Փամբուկչյանի (Varujan Pambuccian) կողմից: Հենց նա էլ վարում էր հանդիսությունը, որին ներկա էին Ռումինիայի նախագահ Կլաուս Յոհաննիսը (Klaus Iohannis), Խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատի նախագահ Ֆլորին Յորդակեն (Florin Iordache), փոխվարչապետ Վասիլե Դինկուն (Vasile Dîncu), պատգամավորներ, կառավարության անդամներ եւ դես պաններ:
«Կարծում եմ, տարիների ընթացքում Խորհրդարանում Ազգային փոքրամասնությունների խմբի ներկայությամբ շահել են ոչ միայն այդ համայնքների անդամները, այլեւ մենք` Ռումինիայի բոլոր քաղաքացիներս: Ազգային փոքրամասնությունների խորհրդարանական խումբը քաղաքական առումով սոցիալական եւ ազգամիջյան երկխոսության արտահայտությունն է: Իսկ Ռումինիան իր էթնիկական, կրոնական եւ մշակութային բազմազանությամբ վիթխարի ներուժ ունի եւ իր այդ փորձով կարող է լինել եւրոպական շինարարության կարեւոր եւ վստահելի ներդնողը»,- իր ելույթի մեջ նշեց նախագահ Յոհաննիսը:
«Ուրախ եմ, որ ճանաչված բոլոր փոքրամասնությունները Ռումինիայում հարգված են, իսկ երկրի արդիականացման եւ զարգացման մեջ նրանց նրանց ավանդը` գնահատված: Փափագում եմ, որ միասին կառուցենք ավելի լավ ապագա մեր երկրում, քանի որ Ռումինիան ամենից առաջ իր բոլոր քաղաքացիների հայրենիքն է, անկախ նրանց ազգությունից», -իր հերթին ասաց Ստորին պալատի նախագահ Ֆլորին Յորդակեն:
Ռումինիան համարվում է հանդուրժող երկիր եւ եվրոպական տարածքի վրա եզակիներից, որ ճանաչում է ազգային փոքրամասնություններին: Այնտեղ դարեր շարունակ խաղաղ համակեցությամբ բնակվում են բազմաթիվ էթնիկ խմբեր` սաքսոններ, հունգարներ, հույներ, հայեր, հրեաներ, գնչուներ, թուրք-թաթարներ, ինչպես նաեւ բուլղարներ, սերբեր, ուկրաինացիներ, ռուս-լիպովեններ եւ այք: Հայերը ռումինական տարածքներում հաստատվել են վաղ միջնադարից, մեծապես նպաստել են այդ երկրի զարգացմանը կենսագործունեության բոլոր ոլորտներում եւ տվել փառավոր անուններ:
