«Իրատես». Մարդկային ամենաայլանդակ հարաբերություններն ԱԺ-ում են. ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավորը բացում է փակագծերը

«Իրատես» թերթը զրուցել է ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության անդամ Համլետ Հարությունյանի հետ.
«Ես մի քիչ «հին» մարդ եմ։ Հակառակ վարչապետի խոստումների, կարծում եմ՝ կոռուպցիան չի անհետանա, բոլորն էլ ազատ ներմուծմամբ չեն զբաղվի։ Ի վերջո, ինձ նման մարդկանց համար այդ ամենը երկրորդական նշանակություն ունի։ Այդ բոլոր բարեփոխումները կատարվում են այն բանի համար, որ հարուստներն ավելի հարստանան, աղքատներն ավելի աղքատանան։ Կներեք «ղառղառ» խոսքերիս համար, բայց այդ տնտեսական բարեփոխումներն իրականություն չեն դառնա, եթե չվերականգնվի հասարակության արժեքային համակարգը։ Իմ շփումները խոշոր կապիտալիստների և միջին ձեռներեցների հետ թույլ են տալիս ասել, որ օլիգարխիայի ներկայացուցիչների 97 տոկոսը չգիտի՝ ինչ բան է արժեքային համակարգը։ Փողի մոլուցքը թույլ չի տալիս ունենալ այն առաջընթացը, որ մենք երազում ենք։ Փողի մոլուցքը կարող է վերանալ, եթե լինի արժեքային համակարգ։ Եթե Շիրվանզադեն ապրեր մեր օրերում, բավականին տիպիկ կներկայացներ նորօրյա «Քաոսը»։
Ասել է՝ համամի՞տ չեք ԱԺ ղեկավարի այն մտքին, թե ժողովուրդը երազում է կուշտ ապրելու մասին։
Եթե մարդը կուշտ ապրի ու հոգևոր արժեքներ չունենա, այդ մարդն ինձ համար զրո է։ Բարեփոխումները ոչ այնքան արմատական պետք է լինեն տնտեսությունում, որքան արժեհամակարգում։ Ես աղքատ եմ ապրում, այսինքն՝ նյութապես նորմալ, հոգեպես սարսափելի աղքատ։ Ես հոգեկան ճգնաժամի մեջ եմ:
ԱԺ-ո՞ւմ էլ եք այդ «ճգնաժամի» մեջ։
Խորհրդարանում ավելի է խորանում ճգնաժամը։ Մարդկային ամենաայլանդակ հարաբերություններն ԱԺ-ում են։ Եթե 1999-ի, երբ առաջին անգամ պատգամավոր դարձա, ԱԺ-ի պատկերն այսօրվա հետ համեմատենք, արժեհամակարգի տարբերությունը 100։1 հարաբերակցություն է։ Այն ժամանակ բոլորս միասին էինք, հիմա հարուստ պատգամավորներն առանձին կաստա են, անգամ սուրճ խմում են միայն կաստաներով։ Սա փայլուն ապացույցն է կորցրած արժեքների։ Ուզում ես ստեղծիր տնտեսություն, որ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի 5000 դոլար աշխատավարձ ստանա, բայց եթե արժեհամակարգ չկա, ո՞ւմ է պետք այդ կենսամակարդակը»:
