Մարզային տուրիզմը` գերակա նպատակ

Անահիտ Գրիգորյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Շատ է խոսվել այն մասին, որ պետության ուժի և ամրության համար կարևորագույն նշանակություն ունեն զարգացած և կայացած ենթակառուցվածքները: Պետության տարածքային զարգացման համար քանիցս մշակվել են տարբեր դոկտրիններ ու զանազան տեսլականներ:

ՀՀ-ում ընթացող համակարգային փոփոխությունների ֆոնին այս ոլորտն ունի արմատական և առանցքային դեր, ինչի վրա բավականին լուրջ ուշադրություն է դարձվում պատկան մարմինների կողմից:
Նախօրեին Կառավարությունում հերթական խորհրդակցությունն էր, որը հատկապես աչքի ընկավ բավականին ծավալային և հիմնարար հանձնարարականներով:

Գործադիրի ղեկավարի հանձնարարությամբ ենթակառուցվածքների ոլորտի պատասխանատու տարածքային զարգացման և կառավարման նախարարությանը հատուկ հանձնարարություն տրվեց մարզպետների հետ համատեղ աշխատել յուրաքանչյուր մարզում բիզնես միջավայրի, աշխատատեղեր ստեղծելու ծրագրերի հետ կապված: Մարզպետներին առաջարկվել է ներկայացնել համարձակ ծրագրեր, որակապես նոր հայեցակարգ տուրիզմի զարգացման վերաբերյալ:

Պետք է նշեմ, որ զբոսաշրջությունն այն ոլորտն է, որը ՀՀ տնտեսության զարգացման համար ունի անկյունաքարային նշանակություն: ՀՀ զբոսաշրջության ներկայիս մակարդակը չի համապատասխանում միջազգային ստանդարտներին՝ գտնվելով բավականին ցածր սանդղակի վրա:

Տուրիզմի զարգացման համար էական նշանակություն ունեն զարգացված մարզերը, ճանապարհային կոմունիկացիաներով և սպասարկման ոլորտի արդիականացմամբ ու զարգացմամբ, քանի որ ՀՀ տեսարժան վայրերի ու պատմամշակութային արժեքների 90 տոկոսը գտնվում են մարզերում:

Վերջում նշեմ նաև, որ Հայաստանը տուրիզմի զարգացման համար ունի ևս մի առանցքային բարենպաստ հանգամանք. մեր երկիրը համարվում է աշխարհի ամենաապահով երկրներից մեկը, ինչը լրացուցիչ խթան է այդ փաստից օգուտներ քաղելու համար:
