Պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից կեղծ օղի իրացնելու հաղորդման հիման վրա քրգործ է հարուցվել

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ քաղաքացի Շուշիկ Ս.-ն հայտնել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության Ախուրյանի բաժնի պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից առերևույթ կեղծ օղի իրացնելու և պաշտոնեական լիազորություններն անցնելու վերաբերյալ տվյալներ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տե ղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Մասնավորապես՝ Շուշիկ Ս.-ն հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Ախուրյանի բաժնի պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձը իրեն տվել է 150 շիշ կեղծ և առանց ակցիզի օղի ու խնդրել է վաճառել յուրաքանչյուր շիշը 1.000 ՀՀ դրամով՝ խոստանալով իր ընկերոջ միջոցով իրեն օգնել սոցիալական անապահովության նպաստ ստանալու հարցում: Պաշտոնատար անձի օգնությամբ ինքը ընդգրկվել է նպաստառուների ցուցակում և ստացել սոցիալական նպաստ:
Շուշիկ Ս.-ն հայտնել է նաև, որ ինքը վաճառել է օղիները և պաշտոնատար անձին տվել է 60 հազ. ՀՀ դրամ գումար, իսկ մնացած 90 հազ. ՀՀ դրամ գումարը չի տվել, քանի որ օղիները գնած անձինք իրեն չեն վճարել գումարները: Պաշտոնատար անձը պահանջել է անձամբ տալ մնացած 90 հազ. ՀՀ դրամ գումարը՝ հակառակ դեպքում սպառնացել է զրկել սոցիալական նպաստից: Հետագայում ինքը այցելել է սոցիալական ծառայություն և տեղեկացրել, որ ինքը նպաստ ստանալու իրավունք չունի:
Քաղաքացի Շուշիկ Ս.-ի հաղորդման հիման վրա՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Ախուրյանի բաժնի պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից առերևույթ կեղծ օղի իրացնելու և պաշտոնեական լիազորություններն անցնելու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 207-րդ և 309-րդ հոդվածների 1-ին մասերի հատկանիշներով ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
