2016 թվականի հուլիսի 15-ին տեղի ունեցած հեղաշրջման փորձի մասնակիցներին բացահայտելուն ուղղված գործի շրջանակներում Քոնիայի 3-րդ ռազմաօդային բազայի ծառայողների նկատմամբ հետախուզական գործողություններ են իրականացվել Քոնիայի հանրապետական դատախազության կողմից:
Գործողությունները միաժամանակ իրականացվել են Քոնիայի 17 կենտրոնական շրջաններում:
Ձերբակալությունները իրականացվում են իշխանությունների դեմ զինված ապստամբության, սահմանադրական կարգը խախտելու, գյուլենականների հետ համագործակցության հատկանիշներով:
Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները «Հիզմեթ հարեքեթի» կրոնական շարժման առաջնորդ Ֆեթուլլահ Գյուլենին, ով այժմ ԱՄՆ-ում գտնվում է վտարանդիության մեջ, մեղադրում են 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 15-ի հեղաշրջման փորձը կազմակերպելու հարցում:
