ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը Բնապահպանության, Էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների ու բնական պաշարների նախարարներին հանձնարարեց, Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի հետ համագործակցելով, 15-օրյա ժամկետում Ջրի ազգային խորհրդին ներկայացնել փոքր ՀԷԿ-երի ջրօգտագործման թույլտվությունների և շահագործման լիցենզիաների տրամադրման ոլորտում տիրող ներկա վիճակի վերաբերյալ առաջարկությ ուններ: «Մասնավորապես, առաջինը՝ վերանայել 2009 թ. հունվարի կառավարության նիստի արձանագրային որոշմամբ հաստատված փոքր ՀԷԿ-երի զարգացման  սխեման, առաջարկություններ ներկայացնել Ախուրյան, Դեբեդ, Ձորագետ, Ազատ, Արփա, Որոտան գետերի ավազաններում ՀԷԿ-երի կառուցման և նոր ջրօգտագործման թույլտվությունների նպատակահարմարության վերաբերյալ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց վարչապետը:

Կառավարության ղեկավարը հանձնարարեց նաև առաջարկություններ ներկայացնել բնապահպանական խնդիրները մեղմելու նպատակով քսան տարի շարունակ շահագործված փոքր ՀԷԿ-երի համար նոր գնագոյացման մեխանիզմների կիրառման առումով: «Ես վստահ չեմ, որ մենք ունենք արդեն քսան տարի շարունակ օգտագործվող ՀԷԿ-եր, բայց մենք պետք է հասկանանք սակագնային քաղաքականությունն այդ ոլորտում ինչպես է լինելու, երբ բիզնեսն իր գումարները փոխհատուցի: Կարծում եմ, հասկանալի է, համենայնդեպս մենք ունենք արդեն բնապահպանական հնարավոր խնդիրներ այն գետերի վրա, որտեղ ՀԷԿ-ե րի քանակն ավելի շատ է նախատեսված, քան, երևի, պետք է: Կարծում եմ այնտեղ կան լուծումներ՝ ջրօգտագործման հետ կապված թույլտվությունների սահմանափակում և այլն: Էներգետիկայի նախարարությունից ակնկալում ենք, որ էներգետիկ անվտանգության հետ կապված խնդիրներ չառաջանան: Կան գետային ավազաններ, որտեղ ՀԷԿ-երը խիտ են դասավորված, և այնտեղ խնդիրներ ունենք»,- ընդգծեց վարչապետը:
