ՀՀ վերահսկիչ պալատի պաշտոնատար անձանց համար մեկնարկել են վերապատրաստման դասընթացներ

2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 17-ից ՀՀ վերահսկիչ պալատի պաշտոնատար անձանց համար ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ պատվիրակության և «Գերմանիայի միջազգային համագործակցության ընկերության» (ԳՄՀԸ) աջակցությամբ մեկնարկել են Աուդիտի Բարձրագույն Մարմինների Միջազգային Կազմակերպության (ԻՆՏՕՍԱԻ) ստանդարտների հիման վրա ֆինանսական և համապատասխանության հաշվեքննության (աուդիտի) վերապատրաստման դասընթացներ: Դասընթացներն անցկացվում են Մեծ Բրիտանիայի բարձրագույն վերահսկիչ մարմնի և հայաստանյան փորձագետների մասնակցությամբ:
Դասընթացների ավարտից հետո հրավիրված խորհրդատուների (որակավորված աուդիտորների) մասնակցությամբ պետական մարմիններում նախատեսվում է կազմակերպել ֆինանսական և համապատասխանության պիլոտային աուդիտներ:
Պիլոտային աուդիտների անհրաժեշտությունը, որպես առանձին նախապայման, ամրագրված է «Հանրային ֆինանսական քաղաքականության բարեփոխումներ Հայաստանում» Եվրոպական Միության բյուջետային աջակցության համաձայնագրի նախագծում:
Ուսումնական և փորձարարական բնույթ ունեցող պիլոտային աուդիտները լինելու են տևական և անցկացվելու են Համաշխարհային Բանկի աջակցությամբ մշակված ԻՆՏՕՍԱԻ ստանդարտներին համահունչ նոր մեթոդաբանությամբ և ընթացակարգերով:
ՀՀ վերահսկիչ պալատի կողմից շարունակաբար իրականացվող վերապատրաստման և վերաորակավորման գործընթացը ապահովելու է 2018 թվականից ՀՀ նոր սահմանադրությամբ և «Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի պահանջներից բխող, ԻՆՏՕՍԱԻ ստանդարտներին համապատասխան նոր որակի աշխատակազմ:
