Վերջին օրերին մամուլում հրապարակումներ եղան այն մասին, որ թեև ընդունելով մտերիմների խորհուրդը՝ Արտաշատի քաղաքապետ Արգամ Աբրահամյանը կշարունակի պաշտոնավարումը, այդուհանդերձ, ենթակաների վստահեցմամբ, նա չունի նախկին եռանդը, առաջվա պես չի տրվում համայնքային խնդիրների լուծմանը ու գրեթե մեկուսացել Է։

Օրերս Արտաշատ քաղաքում բարեկարգվել է եւս երկու պուրակ: «Ավելի բարեկարգ ու բարեկեցիկ քաղաք ունենալու՝ իմ նախընտրական ծրագրի շրջանակում մենք շարունակում ենք մեր սիրելի Արտաշատին նվիրել հերթական գեղեցիկ ու կանաչապատ պուրակները: Վստահ եմ, որ մեր քաղաքացիները հոգատարությամբ կվերաբերվեն այս գեղեցիկ, կանաչապատ տարածքներին»,- ասել է Արտաշատի քաղաքապետ Արգամ Աբրահամյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ քաղաքի բարեկարգման խնդիրներն առաջնային են համարելու:

«Ինձ համար մեր քաղաքի բարեկարգման խնդիրներն առաջնային նշանակություն ունեն: Ես հետեւողականորեն Արտաշատը դարձնելու եմ ամենաբարեկարգ ու կանաչապատ քաղաքներից մեկը՝ իմ թիմի եւ մեր համաքաղաքացիների աջակցությամբ»,- իր խոսքը եզրափակել է Արտաշատի քաղաքապետը:

Ինչպես նկատում ենք՝ բացարձակապես անհավես ու հուսահատ քաղաքապետի խոսք չէ: Պարզ է, չէ՞, որ այդ պուրակները մեկ օրում չկառուցվեցին, այլ կառուցվել են այն ժամանակահատվածում, երբ քաղաքական տարբեր շրջանակներ համառորեն փորձում էին շրջանառության մեջ դնել հայտնի լուրը՝ իբր երիտասարդ քաղաքապետը պատրաստվում է հեռանալ:

Խոսակցությունը՝ խոսակցություն, լուրերի տարածումը՝ նույնպես, կարող են լինել, քաղաքականության մեջ ոչինչ չի կարելի բացառել, սակայն պետք է օբյեկտիվ լինել և չկորցնել այն բացառիկ լուսավոր կետերը, որոնք դեռևս մնացել են Հայաստանում, չէ՞ որ գաղջի, արտագաղթի ու հուսահատության ֆոնին Հայաստանում կա քաղաք, որտեղ տեղական իշխանությունը պուրակներ ու ճանապարներ է կառուցում, լկտի չէ, անկաշկանդ շփվում է իր քաղաքացիների հետ և դրական կերպար է...

Եվ անկախ նրանից, թե մեծ քաղաքական շահերը որտեղ են բախվում, հարկավոր է չխանգարել աշխատող մարդուն...

Իսկ աշխատող մարդուն պիտակներ կպցնելը հեշտ է, չաշխատողի ի՞նչը քննադատես...
