Այլ երկրի քաղաքացիություն ստացող ՀՀ քաղաքացիները կազատվեն այդ մասին ոստիկանությանը տեղեկացնելու պարտականությունից

Այսուհետև ՀՀ քաղաքացիները, ովքեր այլ պետության քաղաքացիություն են ստանում, կարող են այդ մասին չտեղեկացնել ոստիկանությանը: Ազգային ժողովը քննարկում է «Քաղաքացիության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը: Հիմնական զեկուցող, ՀՀոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ Վարդան Եղիազարյանն ընդգծեց, թե գործող օրենքով սահմանված է, որ անձինք, ովքեր ոստիկանությանը չէին տեղեկացնում քաղաքացիության փոփոխության մասին, տուգանվում էին 50 հազար դրամով, բայց օրենքի փոփոխությամբ առաջարկվում է մարդկանց ազատել վարչական այդ պատասխանատվությունից: «2007թ. ի վեր պատասխանատվության է ենթարկվել ընդամենը մեկ անձ՝ 2013-ին: Հիշյալ դրույթը քաղաքացիների համար չի հանդիսանում իրավունքների իրականացման ընդհանուր պայման: Երկքաղաքացիության մասին հայտնելու պարտականությունը կարող է հասցեագրվել միայն պաշտոնի նշանակվող անձանց»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալը:
ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանը հարցրեց՝ կա՞ վիճակագրություն, թե քանի երկքաղաքացի կա ՀՀ-ում: Եղիազարյանը պատասխանեց, որ ոստիկանությունում նման հաշվառում մշտապես կատարվում է: Նրա խոսքով՝ այս պահի դրությամբ երկքաղաքացիություն ունեցողների թիվը 95 հազար 839 է, իսկ այս տարվա օգոստոսի դրությամբ այդ թիվը եղել է 94 հազար 50: «Ոստիկանությունը շարունակելու է կատարել հաշվառում, և դրույթի վերացումը չի նշանակում, որ մենք չենք անելու հաշվառում: Մենք միշտ իրականացրել և շարունաելու ենք իրականացնել այդ հաշվառումը»,- մանրամասնեց Վարդան Եղիազարյանը:
Մելքումյանի հարցին, թե որո՞նք են այն պաշտոնները, որոնց ստանձնումը երկքաղաքացիությամբ չի թույլատրվում, և ինչո՞վ է դա պայմանավորված, Եղիազարյանը պատասխանեց, որ դրանք բոլորը բարձրաստիճան պաշտոններ են, ինչը սահմանված է զանազան օրենքներով:
