ՀՀ ՄԻՊ առընթեր Խոշտանգումների կանխարգելման փորձագիտական խորհուրդը նիստ է գումարել

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին առընթեր Խոշտանգումների կանխարգելման փորձագիտական խորհրդի հոկտեմբերի 24-ին կայացած հերթական նիստում քննարկվել են Խորհրդի պարբերական այցելության ենթակա՝ ազատությունից զրկման վայրերի ցանկը և ժամանակացույցը:

Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմից՝ հավելելով. «Հաստատվել է Խորհրդի անդամների մասնակցությունը Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի կողմից ազատությունից զրկման վայրեր կազմակերպվող այցելություններին: Մանրամասն քննարկվել և ուսումնասիրվել են օրեր առաջ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի և քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչ հանդիսացող Խորհրդի մի շարք անդամների «Աբովյան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ չհայտարարված այցի արդյունքները:

Նիստի օրակարգում քննարկման առարկա են դարձել ազատությունից զրկման վայրերում մահվան, մասնավորապես՝ ինքնասպանության դեպքերի կանխարգելմանն ուղղված համակարգային միջոցառումների և մեխանիզմների մշակման հարցերը: Նախանշվել է պետական համապատասխան մարմինների ներգրավմամբ՝ համատեղ քննարկման հիման վրա նախանշել այն միջոցառումները, որոնք համակողմանիորեն կնպաստեն ինքնասպանության կամ ինքնավնասման դեպքերի կանխարգելմանն այդ վայրերում:

Նիստի ընթացքում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը կարևորել է նաև Խորհրդի անդամների ներգրավվածությունը ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի կողմից խոշտանգումների կանխարգելման ոլորտում կազմակերպվող ուսուցողական և այլ բնույթի միջոցառումներին:

Առանձնապես կարևորվել է նաև ուսուցողական ծրագրերին քրեակատարողական ծառայողների մասնակցությունը»:
