Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ՌԴ քննչական կոմիտեի Մոսկվա քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Մոսկվայում ՀՀ 2 քաղաքացիների սպանության դեպքի առթիվ: Պարզվել է սպանվածների ինքնությունը։
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ՝ ՌԴ-ի քննչական մարմիններում ՀՀ ՔԿ ներկայացուցիչ Իլյա Վարովը կապ է հաստատել ՌԴ իրավասու մարմինների գործընկերների հետ և պարբերաբար տեղեկացվում է ՀՀ երկու քաղաքացիների սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի քննության ընթացքի վերաբերյալ։
Ռուս գործընկերների տրամադրած տեղեկության համաձայն՝ հոկտեմբերի 23-ին՝ ժամը 15։40-ին (Մոսկվայի ժամանակով), ՌԴ ՆԳՆ-ի հերթապահ բաժնում ահազանգ է ստացվել ՀՀ քաղաքացի Հասմիկ Նշանյանից առ այն, որ 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 17-ից չի կարողանում կապ հաստատել Մոսկվայում փաստացի բնակվող եղբոր՝ Էդուարդ Նշանյանի հետ:
Քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը անմիջապես՝ րոպեներ անց, մեկնել է կնոջ կողմից մատնանշված հասցե, որտեղ հայտնաբերվել է երկու տղամարդու դիակ՝ հրազենային վնասվածքներով։ Երկու տուժողներն էլ հանդիսանում են ՀՀ քաղաքացի, ազգությամբ հայ, որոնց ինքնությունը պարզվել է. 1973թ. ծնված Էդուարդ Նշանյանի դին՝ գլխի շրջանում հրազենային վնասվածքով, հայտնաբերվել է մահճակալի մոտ՝ գետնին, իսկ 1970 թ. ծնված Արմեն Իսրայելյանի դին՝ խոհանոցում՝ գլխի շրջանում հրազենային վնասվածքով։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ նշված անձինք մահացել են 3-5 օր առաջ: Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են 5.45 մմ տրամաչափի 7 պարկուճ եւ 2 գնդակ։
Դեպքի առթիվ ՌԴ քննչական կոմիտեի Մոսկվա քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՌԴ քրեական օրենսգրքի 105-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի և 222-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: Նշանակվել են դատաձգաբանական, դատաբժշկական, կենսաբանական, դատագենետիկական փորձաքննություններ: Ձեռնարկվում են օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ:
Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը տեղեկություններ է ձեռք բերել հնարավոր կասկածյալի ինքնության վերաբերյալ, ով, եւս, ըստ նախնական տվյալների, ՀՀ քաղաքացի է։ Նրան հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական, քննչական միջոցառումներ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
