ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակիցները Գերմանիայում մասնակցել են փորձի փոխանակման ծրագրի

Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության «Քրիստոնեա-Դեմոկրատական միություն» կուսակցության Կոնրադ-Ադենաուեր քաղաքական հիմնադրամի հրավերով եւ աջակցությամբ հոկտեմբերի 16-ից 21-ը փորձի փոխանակման եւ երկխոսության ծրագրի շրջանակում ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահների խորհրդականներն ու օգնականներն այցելելեն Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետություն:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, այցի ընթացքում մասնակիցները հանդիպումներ են ունեցել ԳԴՀ Բունդեսթագում, Դաշնային կանցլերի նստավայրում,ինչպես նաեւ այլ պետական հաստատություններում: Դեռեւս հունիսին Գերմանիայի Կոնրադ Ադենաուեր քաղաքական հիմնադրամն ի դեմս «Քաղաքական երկխոսություն Հարավային Կովկաս» տարածաշրջանային ծրագրի ղեկավար Թոմաս Շրապելի՝ նախաձեռնել էր փորձի փոխանակման եւուսումնասիրության ծ րագիր ԱԺ աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչների համար` հաշվի առնելով, որ խորհրդարանականաշխատանքի մի մասն իրականացվում է աշխատակազմի փորձագետների, օգնականների եւ խորհրդականների միջոցով:Արդեն հոկտեմբերին ՀՀ ԱԺ աշխատակիցները հնարավորություն ունեցան ծանոթանալու Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանում եւկառավարությունում աշխատող գերմանացի գործընկերների հետ, տեղում հաղորդակից լինելու նրանց կողմից կատարվողաշխատանքներին, զրուցելու Բունդեսթագի պատգամավորների հետ եւ գտնվելու նրանց ընտրատարածքներում:

Փորձի փոխանակման ծրագրով Գերմանիայում գտնվող ՀՀ ԱԺ աշխատակիցներին հնարավորություն է ընձեռնվել ներկագտնվելու եւ ծանոթանալու նաեւ Գերմանիայի քաղաքային համայնքների կառավարման աշխատանքներին: Այդնպատակով մասնակիցներն այցելել են Պոտսդամ, Բյուրգել եւ Յենա քաղաքներ, հանդիպել քաղաքային իշխանություններիներկայացուցիչների հետ: Կազմակերպիչներն ու մասնակիցները գոհունակությամբ նշել են, որ նման նախաձեռնությունները նպաստում ենխորհրդարանական աշխատանքի կազմակերպման արդյունավետությանը, լավ հնարավորություն են ընձեռումերիտասարդ մասնագետնրին փորձի փոխանակման համար:
