ՀՀ նախագահը և Մալթայի Ինքնիշխան Մարտական Ուխտի արքայազնը քննարկել են երկկողմ համագործակցության ընդլայնման հնարավորությունները

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Մալթայի Ինքնիշխան Մարտական Ուխտի բարեկամական և կառուցողական ոգով զարգացող դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունները տարիների պատմություն ունեն: ՀՀ նախագահական նստավայրում Մալթայի Ինքնիշխան Մարտական Ուխտի արքայազն և մեծ վարպետ Ֆրա Մեթյու Ֆեսթինգի հետ հանդիպումից հետո լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը: «Սակայն այս պհին պատմական կամուրջ է ստեղծվում աշխարհի առաջին քրիստոնյա երկրի և հնագույն քրիստոնեական Մարտական Ուխտի միջև: Խորհրդանշական է նաև դեռևս խաչակիրների արշավանքների ժամանակաշրջանում Կիլիկիայի հայկական թագավորության և Մալթայի Ուխտի միջև գոյություն ունեցող սերտ քաղաքական և մշակութային կապերն այսօր նոր շունչ են ստանում: Ձերդ Վսեմության այցով մենք հավատում ենք նոր որակ հաղորդել երկկողմ համագործակցությանը»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
ՀՀ նախագահը հավելեց, որ Մալթայի Ինքնիշխան Մարտական Ուխտի արքայազնի և մեծ վարպետի հետ անկեղծ մթնոլորտում քննարկել են ինչպես երկկողմ համագործակցության, այնպես էլ տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային իրադրության հետ կապված հարցեր: «Անշուշտ, ես մեր խորին երախտագիտությունը հայտնեցի 1988 թ. ավերիչ երկրաշարժի օրերին և մինչև օրս Մալթայի Մարտական Ուխտի կողմից տրամադրվող մարդասիրական օգնության համար, որը նշանակալի է, և, իհարկե, աննկատ չի մնացել մեր կողմից»,- ընդգծեց ՀՀ նախագահը:
Քննարկվել են երկկողմ համագործակցությունն ընդլայնելու հնարավորությունները բժշկական ծառայությունների մատուցման, արտակարգ իրավիճակներում բնակչության պաշտպանության և դրա կազմակերպման հետ կապված հարցեր: «Երկուստեք փաստեցինք, որ համագործակցության հետագա զարգացման համար մենք ունենք ամենակարևորը՝արժեքային հենք, որը թույլ է տալիս միանման մոտենալ խնդիրների լուծմանը: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ հայ ժողովրդի պատմական ճանապարհը լի է մաքառումներով՝ հանուն քրիստոնյա ինքնության և արժեքների պահպանության, հանուն քրիստոնեական մշակույթի, հանուն մա րդասիրության»,- ասաց Նախագահ Սարգսյանը:
Նախագահը հավելեց, որ հանդիպման ընթացքում խոսել են նաև Հայաստանի և Սուրբ Աթոռի միջև առկա ամուր կապերի, Հռոմի Սրբազան Պապի կողմից 2015թ. ապրիլի 12-ին Սուրբ Պետրոս տաճարում Հայոց ցեղասպանության անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակին մատուցած պատարագի, Հռոմի Պապի Հայաստան այցի մասին: ՀՀ նախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Մալթայի Ինքնիշխան Մարտական Ուխտի արքայազնին այդ պատարագին մասնակցելու համար:
