Իրականում ոչ մի տարօրինակ բան չկա վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի շուրջ նմանօրինակ բուռն արձագանքի մեջ: Այն, թե ինչպես է նա ներկայանում՝ արտաքին տեսքից սկսած, խոստումներից ու կառավարության ծրագրից վերջացրած, հույս են ներշնչում հասարակ ՀՀ քաղաքացուն, ու ասել, թե դրանք սին հույսեր են, էս փուլում սխալ կլինի... Ի՞նչ է պետք հայ մարդուն`հնարավորություն աշխատելու, սեփական քրտինքով վաստակելու սեփական հայրենիքում: Հավատացե՛ք, ոչինչ դրանից ավելի... Մենք աշխատասեր ենք, մենք հնազանդվող ու օրենք հարգող ենք, եթե իհարկե պետությունը տալիս է աշխատանք ու պահանջում է հնազանդություն, ոնց որ հայերի 90 տոկոսը, ովքեր Հայաստանում անարխիստ են, արտասահմանում՝ հլու-հնազանդ հիանալի քաղաքացի, օրինապաշտ ու խելոք ավելի, քան տվյալ երկրի քաղաքացիները: Մենք սովոր ենք կարծիքները գնահատել Ֆեյսբուքում, ուր ամեն օր մի 5000 վարչապետ, նախարար ու նախագահ է արթնանում, ուր բոլորն ունեն սեփական դիրքորոշում, ընդ որում՝ շատ կոշտ, բայց հավատացե՛ք՝ մեր հարևան, բեռնատարի վարորդ Սամվել ձյային երկու բան է հետաքրքրում՝ գազը էժանանա ու ժողովրդի գնողունակությունը թույլ տա իր ծառայություններից հաճախակի օգտվել... էդքան բան: Սամվել ձյան հավատում ա վարչապետի խոստումներին, որովհետև Սամվել ձյան նույն գումարը ամեն դեպքում վաստակելու ա, թեկուզ երկու ժամ ավել աշխատելով, իսկ վարչապետի փոփոխությունը իրա մոտ ասոցիացվում ա՝ դե կլինի, կլինի, ավելի լավ, չի լինի, դե զատո չի լինի, ի՞նչ ա փոխվելու որ: Հիմա որ մեր նորանշանակ վարչապետը լավը դուրս չգա, ի՞նչ ենք կորցնելու, ո՛չ առաջինն ա, ո՛չ էլ վերջինը, մաքսիմում հիասթափություն, բայց այ որ լավը դուրս գա, կլինի նորանկախ Հայաստանի պատմության ամենալավ տղերքից մեկը:
