«Ժամանակ». Արթուր Հարությունյանին ու փաստաբանին հասկանալի չէ՝ ինչու հանկարծ աշխատող «Քինգ դե լյուքսը» սնանկ ճանաչվեց

«Աբովյանի քաղաքապետի նախկին թեկնածու Արթուր Հարությունյանին (Պալաչ) պատկանող «Քինգ դե լյուքս» ընկերությունը, չնածած որ սնանկ է ճանաչվել, սակայն շարունակում է ուղևորափոխադրումներ իրականացնել դեպի Ռուսաստանի դաշնություն՝ տարբեր քաղաքներ, Վրաստան: Այս պահի դրությամբ դեպի Մոսկվա տոմսն արժե 25 հազար դրամ:

 Հիշեցնենք, որ Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի վճռով դեռ այս տարվա հունիսի 19-ին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի սանիկ Արթուր Հարությունյանին պատկանող «Քինգ դե լյուքս» ընկերությունը սնանկ է ճանաչվել: Գործով նշանակված է սնանկության կառավարիչ և սեպտեմբերից սկսած սնանկության գործով դատական նիստերը կսկսվեն: Հիշեցնենք, որ ընկերությունը սնանկ ճանաչելու պահանջով դատարան է դիմել «Առեքսիմբանկը», քանի որ Արթուր Հարությունյանը իրենց վարկառուն է եղել և ինչ-որ պահից սկսած սկսել է չմարել վարկը:

 Մինչդեռ Արթուր Հարությունյանի պաշտպան Ալեքսանդր Սիրունյանի խոսքով՝ իրենց համար շատ տարօրինակ է, թե ինչու հանկարծ աշխատող ընկերությունը սնանկ ճանաչվեց:

 «Սնանկության դատական գործընթացն առաջին հերթին ուղղված է նրան, որպեսզի պարզվի, թե ընկերությունը ինչու է սնանկ ճանաչվել, և թե ինչ միջոցներ կարելի է ձեռնարկել ընկերության անվճարունակությունը վերացնելու համար: Եվ հիմա մենք անհամբեր սպասում ենք, որ դատարանը պարզի, թե ինչու հանկարծ նորմալ աշխատող, վարկերը վճարող, հարկերը վճարող ընկերությունը դարձավ սնանկ, ով էր դրա մեղավորը»,- ասաց փաստաբանը՝ հավելելով, որ իրենք դեռ չունեն այդ հարցերի պատասխանները»,-գրում է թերթը:
