Ստեփանակերտի Շառլ Ազնավուրի անվան մշակույթի կենտրոնում հոկտեմբերի 23-ին աշխատանքն ավարտել է Լրագրողների համահայկական 8-րդ համաժողովը։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը համաժողովի մասնակիցներին ուղղված խոսքւմ նշել է. «Արցախը սոսկ ռազմական տարածք չէ. այն առաջին հերթին հայրենիք է, ուր ապրում է մի հերոսական ժողովուրդ: Այս երկիրը պետք է ապրի, օրեցօր զարգանա ու հզորանա, ունենալով հզոր տնտեսություն: Մենք բոլորս պետք է առաջնորդվենք այս նշանաբանով` «Արցախն իր պատմական հայրենիքում պետք է ազատ ու անկախ ապրի»: Մենք պետք է շատ ակտիվ լինենք. պիտի շարունակենք գրել Արցախի հերոս պաշտպանների, ապրիլյան պատերազմի ընթացքում թշնամու կողմից կատարված ոճ րագործությունների մասին, վերլուծենք մեր բացթողումները, ընդգծենք մեր հաջողությունները: Հայաստանի ուժեղացման գրավականը տնտեսության զարգացումն և հզորացումն է: Դուք` լրագրողներդ, պետք է խոսեք, գրեք այդ մասին, ներկայացնեք դրանք, նպաստեք, ոգևորեք, ուժ տաք բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր, գալով Հայաստան, ներդրում են անում` ի նպաստ հայրենիքի բարօրության: Հայաստանի զարգացումը պետք է դառնա Սփյուռքի մեր գործընկերների մտքի, գրչի, ոգու կարևոր նպատակը»:

Խոսելով Սփյուռքի նախարարության անելիքների մասին, նախարար Հակոբյանը մասնավորապես ասել է. «Սիրել հայրենիքը, Սփյուռքի երիտասարդությանը բերել պատմական հայրենիք, հայրենաճանաչողության խնդիր լուծել, տեղյակ լինել Արցախում ապրող հայերի վիճակին, Հայաստանի հզորացմանը, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խաղաղ կարգավորման հարցին, Ցեղասպանության դատապարտման ու ճանաչման գործընթացին, Սփյուռքում ուծացման դեմ պայքարին, հայոց լեզվին, արտակարգ իրավիճակներում հայտնված հայերին օգնելը, հայ եկեղեցու շուրջ հայ ժողովրդի համախմբումը- սրանք են համահայկական օրակարգի հարցերը, որոնք մենք պետք է մշտապես պահենք թերթերի, ամսագրերի, կառույցների գլխավերևում: Եկե´ք, ուրեմն, միանանք` առաջնորդվելով Հայաստան-Արցախ-Սփյուռք կարգախոսով»:
