Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վարսեր գյուղում այսօր` հոկտեմբերի 23-ին, համայնքի ղեկավարի ընտրություններ են:
Թեկնածուները երկուսն են` գործող գյուղապետ Զավեն Հարությունյանն ու գործարար Հուսիկ Սեդրակյանը: Քարոզարշավն այստեղ լարված է անցել, սակայն ավելի է լարվել ուսանողական բարեգործական միկրոավտոբուսի վթարից հետո:
Հիշեցնենք, որ հոկտեմբերի 18-ի առավոտյան ժամը 08.30-ի սահմանում խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել. Երեւան-Սեւան ավտոճանապարհի 44-րդ կմ հատվածում բախվել են «Օպել» մակնիշի եւ Mercedes Benz Sprinter մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները։ Վթարի հետեւանքով մահացել էր Վարսեր գյուղի 18-ամյա բնակչուհի Հռիփսիմե Գասպարյանը:
Ըստ Վարսերում տարածված տեղեկությունների` Mercedes Benz Sprinter մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան պատկանում էր նույն գյուղի բնակիչ Գագիկ Ստեփանյանին, որն էլ գյուղապետի թեկնածու Հուսիկ Սեդրակյանի մտահղացմամբ, անվճար ուսանողների էր տեղափոխում Երեւան: Երկրորդ օրն էր, որ միկրոավտոբուսը գյուղի երիտասարդներին էր տեղափոխում մայրաքաղաք, երբ այս ողբերգական դեպքը տեղի ունեցավ:
