Ռուսաստանում Մոսկվա-Երեւան երթուղու վթարված ավտոբուսի երկրորդ վարորդին Վլադիկավկազի հիվանդանոցում պատշաճ բուժօգնություն չի ցուցաբերվել: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում 31-ամյա Ավագ Ծատինյանը պատմեց, որ վթարից հետո 4 օր հիվանդանոցում անօգնական պառկած է եղել, իսկ սնունդով եւ հագուստով օգնել են միայն նույն հիվանդասենյակում գտնվող ազգությամբ օս հիվանդները, մինչեւ օգնության է հասել Հայաստանից մեկնած նրա կինը։
«Վլադիկավկազի հիվանդանոցում ինձ բուժօգնություն չի ցուցաբերվել, ես 4 օր պառկած եմ եղել՝ անօգնական, ինձ ուրիշներն են հաց տվել, հագուստ տվել, հիվանդասենյակի ժողովուրդն է օգնել ինձ: Եթե կինս չգար, կարող է վիճակս ավելի վատանար: Երեք օր աչքիս վիրակապը չի փոխվել, արյունս չորացել էր, չէի կարողանում աչքս բացել, դեղ էր պետք, որ աչքիս կաթեցնեմ, մեկը չկար բերեր, որ կաթեցնեմ, դեղորայքային օգնություն էլ չի ցուցաբերվել: Գալիս էին միայն սիստեմա էին միացնում, սրսկում, գնում էին, ոչ մի բան չէին անում»,-պատմեց ավտովթարից տուժածը:
Ավագ Ծատինյանի խոսքով, Վլադիկավկազի հիվանդանոցում իրեն էնդոսկոպիկ հետազոտության են ենթարկել առանց անզգայացման. «Իմ ձեռքերը կապել են, տարել են, փորս սկսել են առանց նարկոզի երեք տեղից ծակել: Գոռում եմ, ասում եմ՝ ես միայն աչքիս հետ խնդիր ունեմ, ոչ ոք չէր լսում: Հետո տեսան, որ վատանում եմ, գոռում, ճչում եմ՝ սրսկեցին, թե նարկոզ տվեցին, լավ չեմ հիշում: Անիմաստ տեղը երեք տեղից ծակել են՝ ուզում էին տեսնել՝ արյունահոսություն կա, թե ոչ»:
Տուժած վարորդին 4 օր անց հիվանդանոցում կինն է օգնության հասել, գնել անհրաժեշտ դեղորայքը, սնունդն ու պահանջել՝ ամուսնուն պատշաճ բուժօգնություն ցուցաբերել: Սակայն, պարզվել է, որ Վլադիկավկազի հիվանդանոցում չի եղել ոչ ռենտգենի սարք, ոչ էլ համապատասխան մասնագետներ: Ծատինյանները ստիպված են եղել սպասել այնքան, մինչեւ իրենց տեղափոխել են Հայաստան:
